Everyone from the office staff to the moving team are professional and go above and beyond with there service. I cancelled my move two day before they where suppose to move me back into my home because of a death in the family and Jennifer was so kind and accommodating and gave me the earliest next date. When the team of movers got to my home they where efficient and careful about everything that they touched. When they where done moving everything in they went room by room with me and made sure furniture and boxes where were I needed them Caleb, Jason and Alex are the A team. While they were understaffed, they were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me. They made us all well aware when we first got in that their co-worker called out and he's the only one. Despite the busy season, they managed to get me in and out within the hour. I used to work in customer service so I get the stress but they manage it very well. Value of the rental is great, we use U-Haul all the time for our moves and rentals. The U-Hauls are worn as expected so be sure to take photos before your trip in case.

Thanks Nathan ! UPDATE: Uhaul added a completely irrelevant charge of $1,000 after our move was completed. We have not been refunded and it's 2 weeks later. Nobody has called us back from customer service or the physical store, despite multiple attempts. We already paid over $1,000 just to have our Uboxes delivered and moved inside, which was a completely drawn out hassle to begin with, and now this? Just crazy. Spend the extra money to use literally ANY other moving company. I promise it's worth it. Can't afford it? Well all your stuff, it would be better than this situation.
