That more expensive room turned out to be at the top of the stairs in a very central and noisy part of the hotel. I asked for something that wasn't as central and noisy. I was provided a different room that was much smaller, with a smaller bed, no sofa, and no shower. I asked for a refund of the difference in the room cost and they refused as it was not within the 14 day window to change rooms. Feels like a big rip off and a bit of a bait and switch with the "nice" room being located in the worst location...

We loved exploring the historic saloon, antique decor, creaky wooden floors, and all the incredible stories connected to the hotel. It was amazing knowing legends like Buffalo Bill Cody, Calamity Jane, Teddy Roosevelt, Butch Cassidy, and the Sundance Kid all spent time here. You can truly feel the history throughout the building.
