Let me come in as soon as I could, stayed within my budget for a last minute dress, spoke to the tailor next door (Rebecca) and was able to find me the perfect dress my daughter loves and make sure alterations are done on time! Went in Saturday and found the dress, did alterations on Monday and am picking the dress up today (Wednesday). Niveah was one of my consultants that picked the perfect dress for me to try on and prayed with me over my babygirl before we left. I will never be able to thank them enough for making this a dream come true for my baby and us to be able to have this day with her. Thank you guys so much. Definitely will recommend this service, quality and efficiency to all future brides. They value their brides for sure!

I was not expecting to actually get a dressing room and a full-service experience. They were so polite, excited, and helpful! She pulled extra dresses for me to try and helped me through the entire process. I was so pleased and even found my "yes" dress! I was NOT expecting to love it and walk out of there with a purchase, but I did! I can't wait to go back and now I'm thinking of other things I can purchase from there as well. Highly recommend!

She is extremely thorough and really takes the time to make sure everything fits and feels right. I especially appreciated that she gives her honest opinion about what will look best and what alterations are actually needed. She wants you to feel comfortable and confident in what you're wearing, rather than just making changes for the sake of making them. My wedding dress was strapless, and after the alterations it stayed up perfectly all night. I never once had to worry about adjusting it or pulling it up, which made such a difference in how comfortable and confident I felt throughout the wedding. She also created a ballroom bustle that was easy to do and looked amazing once it was up. On top of the alterations, she steamed our dresses for us, which was such a helpful extra touch and one less thing to worry about during wedding week. Wedding dress alterations can definitely be nerve-racking, but I always felt like my dress was in good hands. By the final fitting, everything fit beautifully and I felt completely comfortable wearing it on my wedding day. Even though this was my very first bridal appointment and I wasn't ready to say yes just yet, I could not stop thinking about one of the dresses I tried on here. I went to a second appointment at a different boutique afterward and had a terrible experience. None of the dresses compared to the one I tried on at White Dress, and it really highlighted how special my experience here was. The entire staff was so kind and genuinely made me feel celebrated. I am really glad I came here. One thing that could have been clarified, when you purchase a dress and you do not use credit card you cannot pick it up immediately. Supposedly this is an industry standard, but not something we were told when we put it on hold. We were purchasing a sample dress and were concerned about waiting for a dress we had purchased, so we had to go to multiple ATMs to get cash (not easy to do without flagging your card).

I went to Evermore Bridal for my wedding gown back in mid-April 2 weeks after I got engaged, and…read morepurchased my dress the same day. I was told that because my dress was a brand new style that it would be in by the end of May/beginning of June. My dress didn't come until the end of July- so that was the first issue. I didn't make a stink about it because at least it arrived before the wedding. However, I was also advised that the 12 I tried on in the store (pictured is me wearing the size 12) "was way too tight" and that I needed to be measured to see what size would be appropriate. Against my own instincts I obliged, as I thought the professionals knew what they were doing. They sized me and told me to go with a 16, so that's what we did. When I finally got my dress over a month after I was told it would come in I took it into my seamstress right away. The seamstress immediately asked me how much weight I had lost since trying on and ordering the dress. Much to her surprise, I hadn't actually lost ANY weight at all. The seamstress then went on to tell me I was going to need to have my dress taken in 2 full sizes, all the way back down to a 12. So I'm basically having to pay for an entire new dress because the seamstress is going to have to take apart and reconstruct the dress. I contacted the manager of Evermore to give her a chance to remedy this issue prior to writing a bad review because I hate leaving bad reviews. However this situation is inexcusable and her unwillingness to do ANYTHING to make it right makes me sick- zero compassion or empathy for a bride who has to spend $1500 on alterations because of a mistake her employee made. My only other thought is that they intentionally tell their brides to order the wrong size so they have to spend money at the alterations shop that they partner with- because I was specifically asked if I'd be using their partner for alterations prior to deciding on and ordering my dress. The manager basically wrote me off and told me that I signed a contract when I took the dress home and that I should have tried it on before I left the store and there's nothing she can do for me (I live 5 hours away and needed to get going). I was apparently a fool to trust the "professionals". What a shame.
