I had a unique job for them (concession trailer) and they got me in and out in 10 days. The workmanship was excellent (although Scott kept telling me it wasn't a perfect job-and I would expect no less from a true craftsman). All I know is that he was fast, stuck to his estimate, was a delight to deal with and I am looking forward to doing more business with him in the future. Need a good shop? You won't go wrong here.

While within the warranty period, 2 of 5 windows started bubbling really bad so I dug up the warranty receipt to claim a warranty repair. I brought the car back and pointed out the windows with bubbles, but also the ones that still had an outstanding tint. Guy started giving me the run around. Something about their billing system being new and they can't find me. He told me I needed more proof on top of the warranty receipt, oh and by the way it would cost extra to remove the bubbling tint, a lot extra...I kindly left and didn't go back.

When I went to pick up my car they charged over $1,000 more than their estimate claiming they had trouble reprogramming yett this is a Chevy not a Lamborghini .
