I saw some good reviews for this location, so I drove by on a Saturday right before they closed and chatted with the owner, Brian. He hopped in the car and drove 1 yard, immediately told me what he thought it was, and warned me to avoid driving the rest of the weekend as grinding the wheel in extreme heat was risky. He said to come back first thing Monday morning to get it lifted up and properly examined. Came back Monday and the team figured out I needed to replace the caliper and brakes. Price was fair and they said they could do it same day within 3 hours, so I let them work on it and had them do an oil change as well. I'm very grateful for Brian and his team, taking the time to explain what was actually needed and why, and not overselling me on additional services. I'm so glad I finally found a new trusted mechanic! Will definitely take my car to Brian and the team for all future maintenance services.

So, I made the first U-turn possible, so I could fill up my car's tank. However, upon arriving to the pump, I saw the price was drastically different. Basically, this location (at the time) used a bait and switch model. Advertise a low price on a huge display, then have another price when you arrive. Once folks arrive to the pump, turn off the car, get their form of payment ready, it's highly unlikey that they will drive away once they see the price is different.

Tow truck driver she was outside with and chatting and smoking cigarettes with also refused to give me a jump start. This is the most uncaring, disrespectful place I've ever been. Finally around 9 pm a cop pulled in and helped me. I will never ever give that place business and will do everything I can to tell people how awful I was treated.

The tire wall had a quarter sized hole, so repair was impossible. They recommended Hamid's service center at the Shell station across the street. I actually drove the car a little more than a block very slowly on the rim. Hamid amazed me finding tires for a subcompact car in less than a day. It always takes us a couple of days to get tired even at PEPBoys or the dealership. The morning after talking with Hamid, my car was ready. Price was very reasonable. My husband was shocked. We thought we'd be without a car for the better part of a week with a heavy bill. Incredibly fast, efficient service at a reasonable price. Great experience.
