Despite this location displaying framed awards for "Gold Standard Cleanliness," my experiences have consistently fallen short of that claim. I've given them several chances to meet the level of quality those awards suggest, but the issues persist. Initially, I thought short staffing might be the cause, but it appears to be a recurring problem. I have brought this to management's attention, and I hope things will improve moving forward. Pretty easy breezy Wawa. I've stopped here a few times over the past couple of years (usually after washing the car at the nearby carwash), and I have never had any issue with this Wawa. The customer service is top-notch. The food preparation area is pretty clean, and the workers are very fast. I will admit that I've only visited this location before 8 am, so I'm not too sure how crowed this Wawa can get. I think the prices are pretty reasonable compared to other gas stations/food stops in the area. This location has plenty of parking and multiple entrances and exits. All in all, I highly recommend this Wawa. read more

This has become my go to for fuel, not so much for food. When close to home I usually end up here to fuel up my car, grab a few items, and make my way home. I'm a true western Pennsylvanian and will always compare this to Sheetz. I'm a sucker for a sweet tea and try to fill that void by grabbing one here when I get a chance. But they are no where near where they should be with the sweetness. I actually figured out, after about five teas, that you need to let the tea start pouring out before you actually get tea from the dispenser. The food, I can tell you that I will not go out of my way to eat here. I did once, recently, and after the cost of that lackluster meal, I probably won't be going back here for a meal anytime soon. The customer service here is stellar. I was impressed with how out of the way they will go to help you out. One even insisted that I used my Wawa card so that I would get an item cheaper. However, when they open the one in College Park closer to I-95, I suspect that my visits here will decrease in number. Closer to home, means less of a trip. read more

Ordered the Southwest Chipotle Chicken Panini and added avocado spread. Unfortunately the sandwich only had chicken on 1/2 of the entire surface area of the bread. Wawa should make their bread smaller if they're unwilling to properly make a sandwich in which the main ingredient in the name is sufficient then they could add more ingredients.maybe some retraining during their upcoming renovation (beginning end of October) would do them some good read more

But if you've never been to a Wawa, likely you'll step in and be like, why arn't there more of these! They have a whole little freshly prepared section to the right in the store. Their selection of ice cream is pretty wide too. If you're like me and crave ice cream late at night randomly every 3-4 months... Wawa has got you covered. I guess it's my fault for getting hungry or simply smelling the chicken that was cooking next door. Getting gas, I thought about a sandwich. So I'm inside ordering. I order and pay. And I'm waiting....and it's some type of social time behind the counter and the people in the store. Laughing, carrying on...everyone having a good time. Ok on this episode of BIG SCHLIMS LITE POCKET MEALS gas station edition part two...I went to Wawa!!! Yes @wawa !! Now there are not many Wawa's in the DC area, but the few that are here I've heard rave reviews about their food and service. I went to their location at 10515 Baltimore Ave., Beltsville M.D. OK so when you go into Wawa you go to the eatery section, you go to the tablet that they have to order food, you choose what you want TT to order (which can be customized) order it, go pay for it, and wait for your food to be served. It truly is convenient. This Wawa I went to was packed full of customers. It was clean, they were efficient and everything is reasonably priced. You can get burgers, subs, soups, smoothies, breakfast sandwiches, a whole slew of items. OK for this trip I copped their suggested "Gobbler" Sub (pictured with turkey, cranberry sauce, gravy, and stuffing $7.19), their breakfast burrito (pictured with bacon, eggs, cheese, and salsa $4), and their new onion beef steak Panini (pictured with onions, thinly carved steak, and cheese $7). I also got a small chipotle Mac n cheese (pictured $3), and a 24oz Berry freeze smoothie with whipped cream (pictured $4.19). All of these items, individual or combined, qualify for LITE POCKET MEALS. So I had to pass on the Gobbler sub, it was just too much going on, flavor wise, in the sub. Now the breakfast burrito was definitely decent, I just needed my bacon a tad bit more crisp. The Panini was absolutely delicious, well cooked, hot...A sandwich that I would go back for!! I had to pass on the macaroni and cheese too, because the chipotle sauce just didn't mesh well with the macaroni and cheese. Now I stamp the smoothie of break, that smoothie was everything!!! Customer service was excellent, parking was readily available, ordering was easy, and this spot had good gas prices and was clean!! So look they got some really good subs there, they have some really good burgers there, don't be discouraged by the items that I chose...go try them for yourself. I get my late in this wawa every other day. The barista that is making the coffee is SO slow that it makes me want to cry. She is literally taking her time and it looks like she does it on purpose. Other then that the lines to the register are always LONG which is a good thing for the store but not so good for the people waiting in line. The rest of the staff is very friendly and is always trying to help. (I had them reprint a receipt that I had lost and they were very happy to help me with it). Normally this Wawa has some of the lowest gas prices in the area. the parking lot is a little small in relation to the number of commercial vehicles that frequent it around meal times but hey isn't that part of having good consistent MTO food. People tend to come back again and again. Other than that it is a typical Wawa. Clean, efficient and a tiny bit crowded inside. When I came to Wawa to figure out what was going on I was greeted by Kiesza and I was pretty upset asking her what's going on. *Update* Sadly, this is a weak Wawa. A lot of people leave their cars at the gas pumps to go in, leaving Jersey-like lines in the parking lot. And the sandwiches are just subpar compared to other Wawas. There seems to be less meat and cheese, and spreadable condiments are super light. Most Wawas go a little overboard with the mayo, but these folks go WAY under. Like, dry. I had a bad feeling when I watched them make someone a barbeque something or other and barely splashed a dollop of BBQ sauce on the thing. Poor unsuspecting SOB... I want to give all Wawa's 5 stars. I've only been to this one once and know I'm stopping for gas and a sammie again tomorrow as I'll be nearby for a gig and wrap around lunch time. And I will need gas... So why the 2 stars? After hearing them shout out "a perfect [fill in the blank] hoagie for number [FITB]". Then they call mine. Just the number. No promises of perfection. I was concerned, but how badly could they mess up a turkey and cheese? Well, for one, they could forget to remove the plastic wrapping from the pre-rolled portions of turkey. And so they did. It's hard to justify paying for a sandwich you could have made better and quicker if they just handed you the ingredients individually.
