Would be 5 stars except for communication problem re title. I stressed on several communications…read morethat I wanted the title the same as the car I was trading in. My son Stewart or me. Not and, but OR. Stressed in the chat, stressed in all communication before pick-up and during pick-up. I felt I was understood when I had to make copies of Stewart's license and send with other documents. Imagine my surprise when your paperwork had the car in my name only. The clerk at the courthouse said we would have to come back after the state sent us the title and then they would change it. I went to so much trouble to get it right and was told that's how it would be. Well, it wasn't! Other than that it was great.
