You could just pay $9.99 for the foot long and it is cheaper than the $7 special. Very disappointed and will not be back for the subs. When driving from the DMV it feels like the right thing to do to avoid all those highway backups, but in reality, it's not good for your bladder. I was nearing bursting on a stretch of road and was ready to pull over at the first gas station that I saw. At that point, I had no idea where I was or how far I had gotten. I had tuned out the GPS because my eyes were glued to the road to find a bathroom. I finally came out of a tree lined stretch of road and saw the illumination of a gas station. Wawa. Not necessarily my first choice, but I was happy to see the awning once around the trees. Pulled in, parked, nearly ran inside straight to the restroom. Now the one thing that all Wawas seem to lack is their cleanliness of their facilities. I don't know what people do, or don't do, in these restrooms, but they look like the ones you would find in a horror movie. Ones where they have been trashed beyond comprehension. Like how is it that the walls have paint rubbed off of it. All you need is flickering lights and you're set to be the next victim in the upcoming Wawa horror movie. Listen, even though the facilities were not presentable, I still needed to use them. All that horror makeup of the facilities faded away as my bladder returned to E. Outside the facilities, this isn't a bad Wawa. They still do have a lot to offer. I'm still not happy with their food, but I do like the swift convenience offered at the counter. Grab a drink, go to the counter, ask for an item and I was outside. With a lot of my car rides back home I always need to stretch my legs before I get back in the car. I was able to take in a phone call at the same time. While outside, I noticed that this place wasn't very busy this time of day, very early in the morning. If only that could be the case all the time.

No matter what I order, it actually feels like it was just made, not sitting around getting cold. That alone makes a huge difference. I also really appreciate that I've never gotten sick from their food. It's clear they take cleanliness and food handling seriously, which is something you don't always get with fast food places. It gives me peace of mind ordering from there. On top of that, the food just tastes really good. Whether it's their sandwiches, apps, or late night snacks, it always hits. It's one of those places you can rely on when you want something quick but still satisfying. Overall, Sheetz has been super consistent for me hot food, no issues, and great taste every time.

Also the parking spaces are considerable in number, and they also are well marked. Do be careful as route 522 can be busy, and it's a 55 mph road. This works for basics if staying in the area.

Part truck stop, part convenience store, and part liquor store (!!) this place is a respite from the cookie cutter travel centers anchored along I-81. Perfect place to pick up staples like bread and milk - and alcohol if you're not subject to DOT regulations. They were running a rum tasting yesterday that looked quite lovely but we demurred for obvious reasons. One thing about me: Ima stay in compliance.
