The last time I had lash extensions was 8 years ago, so getting them again was basically a new experience. Appointments are super easy to book on the website. Beverly is amazing at explaining what she is doing so you know what to expect when your eyes are closed, which I really appreciated. The first full set appointment was 2 hours. The 2 week touch up was roughly 1 hour long. There's a restroom available in case you need to go before the appointment begins. (Great for my nervous bladder!) I gave Beverly a rough idea of what I wanted (visible lashes with my monolids even when wearing glasses) and she helped figure out the best design for me. She's open to feedback too, which is great!
