After he cut a small square from drywall behind the drying machine, the two air ducts werent attached, which was the reason behind moisture getting out (which is not only a fire hazard but could have been a huge mold headache issue). It took about three days to fix (first day being majority of work, cutting drywall, getting new airducts from home depot and securing it once installed), the second day was putting drywall back and spackling it to dry then following day was to smooth and paint. Would highly recommend for his communication, attentiveness and fixing the issue with a reasonable price.

We felt like we were not able to diy this job and Nick and Max had a reasonable price for the work and didn't make us feel bad that it was above our skills. Nick communicated with us through text and kept us informed during the whole time he was scheduling and working on the job. They were tidy during the work and respectful of our kitchen tile. Nick even offered to take our old disposal and dispose of it. They left our kitchen very clean after their work. Nick said if our disposal leaked to contact him and they would come back and fix the leak as part of the job. It did leak and they came back the very next day, added some stuff they picked up on their way to our house and took the whole thing out and reinstalled. It has not leaked since they were last here. We were very impressed with their expertise and customer service and are going to have them do some more jobs at our vintage home. After removing the old fence, he left all of the debris--large pieces of the old fence and scraps--piled in my side yard instead of hauling them away or cleaning up the area. He returned a few days later to install a gate. When he finished, I went into the backyard and found that several of my bushes had been pulled out by the roots and left lying on the ground. He also left the section of fence he removed to install the gate simply lying in the yard. There was also an issue with the gate pricing. I was originally quoted $300 for the gate. When he arrived to install it, he showed me a Home Depot receipt for $279 just for the materials. When I asked about the difference, he didn't offer much explanation and simply said he would charge $100 for labor so we would be "close" to the original quote. What was most frustrating is that it would have been very easy for him to clean up after himself and communicate. A quick call from Home Depot to let me know the materials were going to cost more would have been appreciated. Overall, I felt like the job was done with minimal effort and attention to detail. I expect contractors to take pride in their work and leave the property in good condition, and unfortunately that didn't happen here.
