What a wonderful experience! I noticed condensation on the opposite wall on the floor of my washing and drying machine. Originally thought it was the dryer vent that needed cleaning but realized that was not the issue. I called and made an appointment a couple days later. After he cut a small square from drywall behind the drying machine, the two air ducts werent attached, which was the reason behind moisture getting out (which is not only a fire hazard but could have been a huge mold headache issue). It took about three days to fix (first day being majority of work, cutting drywall, getting new airducts from home depot and securing it once installed), the second day was putting drywall back and spackling it to dry then following day was to smooth and paint. I hired Bryan to install a new faucet and garbage disposal. I contacted him and he gave me an estimate, which seemed very fair. He showed up on time on the appointment date. The first thing I noticed is that he took off his shoes before he came into our home. We've seen this before with a few high-quality appliance companies, and I think it's a great sign of respect for the homeowner. I don't feel it's required, mainly because we have composite flooring, but the gesture is always appreciated. Bryan spent a good 15 to 20 minutes assessing the plumbing before he started. He then asked me a few questions about where I wanted items placed. After that, I left him alone and he got to work. Bryan clearly knows what he's doing and is very conscientious. I could tell he approached the installation in a very methodical manner and referred to the installation manual to make sure he was installing everything correctly. He had noticed that some of the pipe would need to be arranged and he took care of that as part of his bid. I noticed the tools that he brought were high quality. That's always a good sign. After the garbage disposal was installed and he was finishing up the faucet, he called me down to ask me which "side" I wanted the handle on. We bought a faucet that is integrated with a handle and sprayer. I had not even thought about "which side" for the handle, but I really appreciated that he asked, rather than just going with the picture shown in the manual. He even wanted to make sure that the way the fixture was mounted would align correctly with the lines of the sink. Again, great attention to detail! When he finished, he showed me how everything has been installed. He made sure I was aware of some tools that came with the Faucet that might be needed in the future. He also suggested that I check for leaks over the next 24 hours. It hasn't been quite that long, but there are absolutely no leaks at all. The installation looks perfect. My wife came home and was just thrilled with how everything looked. I think it looks awesome as well and have attached a picture. I've also attached a picture of the new garbage disposal installation, just so you can see how Bryan installed the air switch. Nice and clean. There was absolutely no mess to clean up. Bryan brought some pads to avoid any water damage to our cabinet. He put the old parts back in the boxes that had the new parts in them. When we got to the payment portion of the job, there were some adjustments to his estimate because of some changes. As we discussed those, he told me "I just want to make sure you are happy with this job." I was extremely happy with the job. I can see why Bryan consistently gets five star reviews.
