Some of the nicest people work here. Everyone says thank you and seems appreciative! Decent pizza. I got some slices and a drink. Crust was OK. You can't compare the price of slices to a whole pie, but 2 plain slices and 2 special were 15 bucks which to me seemed steep. Also, no matter where you go, slices from the case are reheated, not freshly, so I give a pass on that. Crust is really thin if you like that. They seem to have some specials that seemed decent in their menu for Monday - Thursday dining. Overall I'd give another try for sure, but try some of their other items. read more

Pizza is just okay. Dough is a little on the thin side - I could eat an entire pie by myself and still be hungry, I think. We love their cheesesteaks and pasta, though! Wings are massive, too. Not a bad place to pick up grub on your way home. Feels homey in there. It feels like the pizzeria I went to since childhood (Joe's in Trexlertown, RIP). We live down the street from this place and wanted to try it out. The prices were good, however the portions for the subs were fairly small, only slightly bigger than the length of a hot dog. The pasta was overcooked and extremely hard to cut through with a fork. Overall, meh. read more

Recently moved to Nazareth and was looking for a family friendly meal for my family. Bracco's was AMAZING. Their wings are MASSIVE, and not breaded. The bourbon sauce is definitely a new favorite. Their pizza was very flavorful with just the right amount of dough and crispiness to the crust. The eggplant parm is also delicious and a huge portion. Have been ordering from here for a few years; present owner(s) and past. Sandwiches and pizza are always good and just as important, consistent. The hoagies, Strombolis, and cheesesteaks are a must! HOWEVER; today really solidified things. I ordered takeout, picked up the orde, and got a phone call from the store on my way home that they forgot to give me an item. The guys behind the counter are always so nice. They take the time to talk to you and don't rush you along. I stopped in today for a buffalo chicken cheesesteak and fries. The chicken had just the right amount of hot sauce on it. So flavorful! The roll is always soft and fresh. The shoestring fries are always crispy and salted just right. I also got a piece of chocolate cake for dessert and it was very good. Not sure if they make the cakes there but if so, BRAVO! This place is consistently good! read more

Since placeing this review I received a phone call from the owner himself he wanted to know just why I was unhappy with his business. He listened we agreed diagreed had a very pleasant conversation. He understood why i was unhappy but asked if maybe we would give him another chance and refunded my entire order. I agreed everyone has bad days and will gladly give him another chance. We post an updated after my next visit. I placed an order for delivery and only live a mile away. Upon opening the bag saw an item was missing and the food was cold. I called to tell them that my large Italian cheese steak was missing the driver brought me a sandwhich the size of a hot dog roll. I called back and was on the phone with the manager who told me he didn't take my order so I needed to wait for the driver...odd he is the manager. So with some urgring the manager looked for my check and saw that I did indeed order something larger he finally offered me the correct sandwich or a refund I chose the refund as my husband had already waited long enough so I shared my food with him. Any manager who answers the phone should handle a customer complaint/issue straight away without hesitation. I will not be a returning customer. read more

Was here on June 6, approx 2:30. Got a 16" pie w/ pepperoni to go. They had a great cheese to pepperoni ratio and a really nice crust. This is the first time I tried their pizza and I have to say - their sauce is really good! Tried to over charge me on an online 2 pizza special for $17.99 pick up. Overcharged me and tried to say that it was because of tax! Tax on $18 is $1.08. When I stated that the employees told me to call the owner! When I stated "I will not be back!" They we're fine with it! Just stopped here for the first time. Had an amazing Italian Sub. The bread was fresh and meat was very good. Also had a slice of chicken bacon ranch pizza. Well I can't rate how the food was, because we never received any. Over two hours waiting and 3 phone calls. They claim "we knocked on the door for minutes" however I was sitting roughly 7 feet from my door start 20 min after order placed. Opened door to look out 4/5 times, never heard or saw anyone. They say "we called you 4 times from cell and landline", however had my phone in hand since placing order, Never rang. After an hour I call, they figured out they wrote down wrong address, gave address and phone# again. Called again after 1.5 hour and reconfirmed phone# again. Called 2hrs waiting, they were rather rude. attempted to play off like I was at fault for the situation, which was a situation created by their screw ups. Never again read more

Their pizza has always been ok, not the best, but decent and you get large pies; however, this past Friday we ordered pizza from here and it was terrible! It was the first time we ordered the Margarita Pizza and the sauce was EXTREMELY sweet, there was hardly any fresh mozzarella on it, there was hardly any basil and the crust was dry. I was super disappointed, especially since we paid $17 for the pie. I called to let them know that the sauce was sweet and they said "ok we will let the manager know" and that was that. We ended up throwing away the pizza. Needless to say we will not be ordering from there again. read more

Pizza is great. Stromboli is great. Reason for the 2 stars is for the staff not listening and messing up orders. Steve's pizza is AMAZING (pepperoni and onions). Highly recommend it. But here is the latest with a messed up phone order. So, you call in and order a large Steve's pizza and a small cheese pizza (for the kids) and receive two cheese pizzas in return. This is after you correct and confirm with the person on the phone. "So that's a large cheese pizza and a small cheese pizza?"......"NO! It's a large steve's pizza and a small cheese pizza!"....."Oh ok. Thank you" Now....why would someone order a large cheese and a small cheese pizza? That doesn't make any sense. Now you pick up said messed up order and you call back after realizing you received two cheese pizzas. This is all after the person taking your order told you the wrong order and you correct him and he says OK. There is no apology. No trying to "fix it" because the person who took the order wrong wrote down on a piece of paper the wrong order. Just frustrating. If you have someone taking phone orders, please make sure they understand and listen to the person on the other end. read more

Ordered for the first time from this establishment today. I got a large steak sandwich. The sandwich had very little meat in it and it lacked flavor. I am very displeased and will be returning to Festa Pizzeria where they fill a steak roll with great tasting chip steak. read more
