I've always enjoyed food from 3 Brothers. Pizza is pretty great, their wings are bangin, and lovely dessert options. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from here anymore. The service is primarily lackluster with a general sense of unpleasantness & disdain for joy. I called to order an order of wings and 2 drinks - understandably a small order - but the woman then told me it's not enough to make a delivery 11 minutes away, down the road straight up 895. If there's a policy, then you create an effective website that addresses this. She could have upsold something, recommended something, anything that would help both me & the business, but that did not happen. I then cancelled the order, she said "okay bye" and hung up. Called a different pizza parlor several minutes later with the exact same order and they are delivering, from 17 minutes away. The food here is very good but I feel like the prices are on the higher side in comparison to other local pizzerias. The staff, although competent, could be friendlier. Every experience I've had there has been neutral with the staff but sometimes their demeanor is stoic, borderline cold-shouldered, that's just the vibe I get. They changed their pizza. No where near what their 5 star used to be. Every Friday is pizza day for us and was always 3 Brothers but with getting two terrible pizzas in a row, we now go elsewhere. The pizzas are now very thin and somewhat soggy crust, top slides off with every bite, a little oily and the taste changed. We didn't care for it at all. Besides the pizza, I recently had a steak sandwich which used to be awesome now they are dry, tasteless and grisly. read more

Little hole in the wall place next to a gas station, so I was skeptical. But the food is delicious, the portions are huge (especially for the price), and the service was friendlier than some others in the area. Come hungry and prepare to have a bunch of leftovers -- the baked ziti could have been three separate meals. read more

My family always would order from the previous owner and the food started to lack flavor, and freshness we stopped ordering and we found out a couple years later they were under new ownership so we thought we would give it a try. Let me tell you it was so worth it, their restaurant is one of our new favorites. Our food is always fresh, piping hot when recurved. The steak sandwiches are full with meat, very tasty and delicious. The pizza is always flavorful and not to thick not to thin just right. The wings are my personal favorite the outside it's nice and crunchy but the meat is so soft it falls right off the bone. Full of flavor aswell hot and honey are my go to. The staff is always very friendly and polite when I call and pick up my order. I don't ever have to wait long for my food and the place is always clean. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but these people have failed me three times in a row now. The pizza is always raw (the dough isnt cooked all the way through) I ordered a margarita pie and the sauce was completely tasteless. No flavor at all. On top of it I opened the box and it looked like it fell on the floor. They are nice people but I've had pizza that could fall on the floor and sit out for three days and still taste better then the $14 I spent on a plain pie. Most of their reviews are older. Please if you want good pizza drive an extra 5-10 minutes away before being disappointed by this place. read more

Went there last Saturday night before my gig at Lizard Creek Pub with the Harlan Tucker band. Ordered the 'Lunch Meat' Stromboli (large). Wow, a lot of great food. Lots of meat, cheese. Awesome. Lorenzo's Pizza is fantastic! Try the Taco Pizza for something new. Calzone and Stromboli are also great.
