got a takeout pie on the friday before Halloween, which was trick or treat day in Coopersburg. it was a madhouse - everyone wanted pizza rather than cook. I was told when I called it in that there would be an hour and a half wait. worth it. it was still a really nice mushroom pizza. folks in the hole-in-the-wall establishment were friendly & helpful. the line was long, but they were moving at speed. looking forward to trying it again when it's a little more normal night. read more

This is your stereotypical, every town with more than 500 people has one, friendly neighborhood Mom and Pop Pizza joint. But what makes this one different is just the package. The owners and staff are amazingly friendly and personable. And the food is absolutely first-class delicious. We had a Greek Pizza. It comes white, with spinach, garlic, mozzarella, and feta. We had them hold the feta and substitute ground Italian sausage instead. Absolutely crazy delicious! Please see the picture. Only thing I don't like about this place is that now I know it's here. I live in Easton, so it's going to be a schlep, but I won't be able to stay away now that I know about it. This is the hometown Pizza joint how to compare all hometown Pizza joints to. Emphatically recommended! PS The Google reviews for this place are 4.8 out of 5 stars with 136 reviews as of the time of this writing. I consider myself a connoisseur of pizza, and this is my favorite place to grab a slice. The pies that they sell by the slice are cut into 6 slices, so you get a nice size slice. Best crust ever, and good quality sauce and cheese. I think one of my favorite things about this shop is that every time I walk in, I am greeted by name.....they know me....and everybody else that walks in! I love the food here, my family and and I eat here quite often. Best pizza around, hands-down, fresh tomato sauce, and everything. They close at 9 PM on Saturday nights. I went in to get some food at 8:20 PM and the cookies scored me back out said they were closed, which they work as it was all cleaned up and close down on the inside. I said, I thought you guys are open till nine, and he told me not tonight ha ha ha... I wonder if Tony knows this is going on when he's not there on Saturday nights? I'll be sure to ask him tomorrow when I call and expressed my disappointment. read more

Wow, I just ate half of my medium Italian Stromboli and a side salad! Really! So good! Words that come to mind; quality, attention to detail. The Stromboli was coated with a garlic containing liquid that baked into the bread, and it was dusted with finely grated Italian cheeses. The salad was also great. Perfectly toasted croutons,... The whole meal was a solid 5. I am traveling for business, and found this place near my hotel. I will return again sometime. I got this meal as takeout. The food is very good! My very first order there was a cheese steak sandwich, and I was very pleased to discover they bake their own rolls! The pizza is excellent, and is much better than the local popular Italian restaurant on the other side of town I used to patronize. Tony is very personable, and his family does a remarkable job making you feel welcome and comfortable. The service is incredible, and they always go the extra mile to be sure you leave with a smile on your face! There's an old saying ...."You can't please everyone"... May only have a high rating because they harass customers who give them a poor review...It happened to me. I said I was dissatisfied with them and the owner Tony, and what appeared to be his friends, confronted me in a very aggressive and belittling way. In comments left on my Facebook review, I was even told I should "think twice...you could open yourself up to legal action." Suing a over a customer complaint or review? I felt they were intimidating me, in hopes I would remove it. The harassment went on for an entire day and late into the night, these grown men behaving like a bunch of catty middle school girls in an after-school special. And showing publicly exactly why they got that bad review in the first place. My original complaint was this: We are local and I sent my son down to get a menu, give a new local business a chance. The owner spent 5 minutes saying vulgar and untrue things about the other pizza place in town, which we love. Unprofessional and in very bad taste to talk and behave that way in front of kids. Feel free to check out my review and the reactions to it on their Facebook page, if you want to see how not to act as a business owner. It's surreal. Update 8-31-16: I looked at other reviews on here, I am not the only one reporting his unprofessional behavior of bashing local business owners. Came here to get a bite to eat after reading previous Yelp reviews. I decided on the cheese steak on the homemade bread. Oh my goodness it was out of this world good. The meat was cooked perfectly not dry not chunky with gristle, the right amount of onions and extra cheese as I requested. I will definatly come back here again while in the area!! read more

Best pizza from here south all the way down to Goomba's in Colmar. Haven't tested any in Allentown yet, but Hellertown, Coopersburg, Quakertown...never had a slice which rose above "just ok". Sauce is excellent, toppings all fresh. Service is excellent. I find the vast majority of pizza to be so lacking in character and quality- not Tony's. Been here 1/2 dozen times- perfect consistently. Um wow!! We come here often for pizza and it is delicious! But tonight for the first time we got subs! My husband and I both got the chicken cheesesteak garden sub which was out of this world. The homemade bread is what makes it so good! My daughter had the turkey sub which she ate all of it so it must have been just as delicious. Also the lady who answered the phone and took our order was about the nicest person I've ever had take my order ha! Will be going here for our subs from now on! read more

Well we came back several times after our initial visit, and it got worse each time. The final time, we ordered sausage, onion, pepper pizza, and wings. Our wings were so overcooked it was like leather, there were less than three wings we could actually chew. Sadly the pizza was digusting. There was only cheese in the middle of the pizza, no trace of sauce. The dough was not fully cooked, even the cheese was still partially melted. We threw out the pizza within one slice. Another thing worth noting was the inconsistency of the toppings on the pizza. There were two inch thick chunks of bell pepper and onion, and then randomly their were minced pieces and julienned pieces. Which is a big deal when they're all being cooked for the same time, nothing like raw veges on raw dough. read more
