I then realized that my battery was about 5 years old and it was a distinct likelihood that it could be going bad. Afraid that my next start would have to be a jump, I pulled over (engine running of course) and called three "battery shops" asking each a simple question: "Can you replace my battery TODAY?" Of the three, Interstate was the only one who said "Yes. Period." One of the other two had nerve to say, "Well, it depends on where the battery is located!" (). Went to Interstate, they tested it and confirmed it was about to bite the dust! Fifteen minutes later, I was driving off Interstate's lot with a brand new battery and a ton of new cold cranking amps! Interstate will be first, last and only battery stop going forward.

I told her I was looking but not sure what I wanted ... if anything. Melissa was everything a potential buyer would want in a sales person: Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy. I told her I'd get back with her on Monday. At the time I really thought I would not be a buyer. But I found the perfect car online, and the dealership and Melissa were able to get it for me that Monday. The service at Mac Haik is superb. During my buying process, my contacts with Melissa were frequent and focused on what I needed. The business manager, Calvin L., may be the best I've encountered- friendly, very professional, and sincere. I had told Melissa from the start what I wanted to pay - and there was no pressure from Calvin to add extras. The car was delivered by Melissa full of gas and immaculate. I'm very impressed by the car but likewise impressed with my neighbors and new friends at Mac Haik Dodge Madison. Go see them. You will be very happy that you did!

This is an update to my review below. Latest service on my zero turn z122 was completed in 10 days…read moreversus the 8 weeks in service 7 months ago, vast improvement. The original issue was a broken governor which require complete engine tear down. This latest issue was a rocker arm for the exhaust valve that came loose resulting in a bent push rod. Bottom line, service vastly better than my first two experiences, but still cannot recommend the Kubota zero turn mower, especially the ones with a Briggs and Stratton engine. I first purchased a Kubota Grand 3200 with loader, 60" Woods Brush mower, and box blade. Great tractor no issues. Went back in a few months and purchased a Kubota z122 zero turn mower, trailer, and Toro push mower. A few moths later added a grapple to the tractor. Bottom line a very loyal customer, spending over $30,000 within a year. Started having issues with the zero turn mower within the first year of operation. The service department kept it for two weeks and returned it working again. Shortly there after, issues serviced again. This time they kept it over 8 weeks with nothing but excuses each time I called the service department. First they were waiting on parts, then the mechanic who works on the mowers was sick, then the part they were waiting on was installed incorrectly so now they have to wait on another part. Total BS for someone who has been spent a considerable amount of money at their dealership. Now again the zero turn is inoperable, 7 months after I got it back. Going in for service AGAIN tomorrow, and not expecting any better treatment, but it's still under warranty. Once that ends, I'll never come back to their dealership again.
