I purchased a subwoofer on Amazon for my son and was having issues getting the sound to work. I found Street Smart on Apple Maps and gave Rick and his team a call. Rick went above and beyond to understand what we were trying to accomplish and how he was going to attempt to solve the issue. Not only did he get the subwoofer working, he spent extra time talking to my son and explaining how to tune the system appropriately. Like many others, I attempted to perform own install on my truck/car. I very electrically inclined but when it comes to sound, it's a completely different animal. So much knowledge of area, sound waves, frequencies, phasing, etc come into play. That's where Street Smart really stands out. I installed 3 amps, a dsp, replaced all speakers, added 2 subwoofers in my Tundra but i was still underwhelmed. Street Smart had my truck for 1 day and properly tuned the DSP. At first I thought, "this sounds different". After a few days and listening to different music from different sources all I can say "WOW!". It's simply amazing how much difference a properly tuned active 3 way front stage can sound. I'm actually taking my truck back to street smart to upgrade the mid ranges in the 3 way and have them tune again. Best money i've spent in the sound system yet was allowing them to tune it.
