Dr. Rena Adhut is an excellent provider! I'll be headed back for my third visit today, but that first visit brought such relief. Just the spine stretchy thing and the slight manipulations were heaven. I experienced the expected soarness, but slept significantly better that evening. I've already referred this provider to a few work colleagues already too because they too could use some relief from the neck and shoulder tightness, headaches, and back pain/stiffness. I kidd you not, this was long over due and I was legit shrinking bc of my spine, so now I'm back to my full height haha! and even my sunken clavicle is almost back in it's correct place. I've never felt any sales pressure to buy a package or keep coming back, unless it's recommended for my bpdy or they're just letting me know about an option to save money. INSURANCE: i appreciate they take my insurance. TIP: if you're paying out of pocket get a discounted prepay package and ask if they're offering any black friday or new patient specials. i don't know if they still are on groupon but that's where I initially found Dr Babcock. That cost another ~$150. No treatment one the first day. No hands on assessment by the chiropractor. Went back the second day (today) and sat in a room and listened to someone named Alex White who was in some remote location. He was called the "Case Manager". I'm sure he's not a radiologist or a chiropractor yet he was discussing my x-rays. His level of education was not disclosed to me. My x-rays were of poor quality and did not have a clear view of my ribs (which is the reason I sought care). I believe the case manager was to explain to me how much it would cost for future treatment. We never got to that discussion. I asked about getting my ribs assessed and treated by the chiropractor. I was initially told there would be yet another fee! This was waived due to the initial delay and "confusion" about why I was there. I did see Dr. Zak who adjusted my ribs eventually. Still no hands on assessment. This business model is a mess and poorly explained. I feel as though I wasted $200 for poor quality x-rays and minimum of thoracic spine adjustment. Awful health care. Horrible!! This is borderline malpractice.

I started seeing Bridget in October, and the improvement in my body has been nothing short of amazing. I was struggling to run or sprint and was preparing for a Hyrox fitness competition just two months away. After booking consistent sessions with Bridget, including multiple visits per week (sometimes even twice a day), my body felt more connected, and I was quickly getting back to peak performance. When I injured my lower back from a deadlift just two weeks before the race, her treatments were key in helping me recover in time. I also really appreciate her flexibility with scheduling. Bridget is incredibly responsive, always quick to reply to texts, and I love that she offers appointments on Sundays, which makes things so much more convenient. She is also the voice of reason for me when it came to resting and not working out and an amazing encourager especially as I was juggling a newborn baby. On top of that, I had Bridget work with my 2-month-old baby for almost a month. She helped realign his atlas and eased tight areas with gentle, non-invasive techniques (no cracking involved).
