Between my wife and I, we've tried several different providers here, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. The new doctors don't listen, and video appointments have been low-quality and unhelpful. The level of care, attentiveness, and professionalism that once defined this practice is simply gone. I finally switched to a physician at Sutter Health, and the difference has been night and day. My new doctor was thorough, actually listened, and helped me get the treatment I needed.
