I work from home and I was adamant that the crew arrive at noon because that is my lunch hour. I also advised that I do not speak Spanish However, a sweet girl arrived at my home and didn't even introduce herself. She also arrived 20 minutes late and then she advised she was waiting for her partner,he wouldn't even look at me. Now they're 30 minutes late. They did a great job on the living room and then they separated he worked on my bedroom and bathroom. It was awful. He only wiped down half of the bathroom counter he didn't do the mirror or the tub. And then he used a very grey mop to slop around on the floor. He didn't even clean around the toilet. He then proceeded to go outside and and sit on the ground and talk on his phone. The girl spent her time scrubbing items that I didn't even want done in the kitchen. When I pointed out tthat certain things were not taken care of she went to her partner but she told us that our drains were clogged and they could not proceed. In fact, he didn't lift the drain. Then I was informed that they had another house to clean and that it was going to cost me extra to get this accomplished. The girl called her father (owner) and he advised there was no additional charge and that the cleaners could come back to finish the job. I was scheduled for 2 1/2 hours and they were very anxious to get there, so as a new customer I have to take a back seat to an existing customer because of poor timing on the company's part.
