My initial interaction with Phil was terrific! Even though he was out of the office, he still returned my call and sent me a brochure via email with different garage door styles. I'm a person who asks a lot of questions, and with every email I sent, I would get a same day reply from Phil. I did not get the sense that he was bothered at all. Sometimes I'd email, and sometimes I'd call him. Phil was not pushy to try and sell me a garage door, or to even go with the most expensive door. He had recommendations, but these were more of an FYI, because I no nothing about garage doors. Deciding on which business to go with was difficult, but I ultimately decided to go with Phil because the price was a bit better than the other business. Since I am having a lot of work done in the garage, any savings definitely helped. I was promptly notified when the door was delivered and scheduled for install in a decent timeframe. On the day of install, I received a text confirming both Ron and Chris were en route. I was event provided a link, so I could track where they were. They both arrived within the arrival window and got straight to work. They finished by the expected time they provided, and made sure to leave the garage nice and clean. They explained how to use the remotes and all the settings. The door is really quiet! I never thought a door could be that quiet. We had the liftmaster side mount opener installed, so there is no belt/pulley system taking up ceiling space. The garage door looks amazing! Our old door was plain, so I added magnetic hardware to spruce it up. Because the new door has a nice WOW factor to it, I won't be using the magnets. I'd highly recommend giving Phil a call if you are thinking about having a new door installed. read more

Garage broke after 5 years of living in this house. First time had to do a little research on who to choose there's definitely so many choices in each city. Look on Yelp there's gazillion companies I was a bit overwhelmed to look for a decent company. The last thing we want to do is spend over $900 on the garage we kind of had a feeling the whole spring rid needs to be replaced. I got a few companies to come out for free estimate and I just didn't like the prices they were giving me and their "vibes" and professionalism just wasn't there. I finally call this company Bradbury and they answered and scheduled a free estimate the next day and show up on time and got everything fixed that same day. Dallas was very professional and wasn't playing games with his estimate....straight to the point show me the problem I didn't feel like I was getting rip off like I'm going to a car mechanic. Definitely an overwhelming process to look for the right company when google and Yelp have so many companies listed with good reviews. My best tip is get free estimate from 3-4 companies. Don't go through with the 1st and 2nd company yet. We waited a couple of weeks until we choose this company. Sometimes I'm reading through Yelp and wonder if those reviews were legit it just sounds too good, when those other company show up it just didn't match the vibes I was reading from Yelp. read more

From the moment I 1st called Jackie was excellent! Friendly, effective and knowledgeable. She heard my issue and was able to send someone out within a couple hours - amazing! I could not believe how quiet the new door was and what a surprise that the new motor was Wi-Fi (MyQ) capable. This allows me to open and close the door from my cell phone.
