First they checked my opener to see if it could be repaired before suggesting a replacement, which I really appreciated. Some other companies who came to inspect just jumped straight to telling me I needed to replace everything. But the technicians from this company actually took time to check. They also changed my opener controller, fixed up my door that was a little out of shape (didn't even charge me for that), and cleaned up everything after they were done. They even tried to wipe down some dirt on my door which was super nice. We had a previous "company" come out and tried to tell us we needed a whole new motor for $1500!! Then when we told him we were getting a second quote they suddenly dropped to $800! Moe told us we just needed a tune up and a new motor wasn't needed today but soon. He was able to do the tune up quickly and efficiently and the door is working smoothly again!
