My husband found Sunray Overhead Doors on yelp. Ray responded via yelp and was very quick. He came for a quote the same day. He was one of 4 repairmen who came to look at our garage door opener. He didn't seem to want to scam us into replacing our springs and opener. Other 2 repairmen did. He recommended a tune up. Unfortunately, our garage opener continued to stall when we try to open it. We decided to use sunray based on reviews and quote which is much better than other quotes. The Liftmaster seems to rate well and he has it in stock. So far we've been very happy with it. So I was having issues with my garage door not working (cheap tractor hosing springs and garage door opener) and I used Yelp to get 4 quotes and each garage door company said slightly different things needed to be done with wildly different pricing. Ray is great. He is calm, patient, highly skilled and kind. My Dad who lives in Sun City in The Club, and I were working on his automatic garage door. We only made things worse. A bent roller and attachment, quickly became a bent garage door ready to fall off the ceiling and onto my Dad's car. I called Sunray on a Saturday and Ray said no problem. I contacted three companies about my garage door opener which was making noises. The first asked for pictures, told me that it was too old to fix and it would cost between x and y to replace. They cancelled their appointment because the technician fell ill. The second was Sun Ray who also told me that the unit would not be able to be repaired, but gave me information on two units to consider for replacement (within a similar price range). The third came in and tried to see me a replacement for twice what the other two proposed. When I told him I had a possible purchase from someone else at half the price he magically could get the price lowered for me. I went with Sun Ray.
