We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Andre. We needed to sync replacement garage remote controls which were purchased from Amazon with 30 year old garage door opener. The garage opener was a 1998 so remotes would not sync. Andre went to Home Depot and purchased a new garage opener, removed the old one, installed the new one, synced the remotes including my built in car remote and took the old stuff away all in 2 hours time. No need to look further. I called about 7 garage door repair services (one of our springs broke, we had the other replaced about two years ago). One company said they won't do one spring, only two. This is the best experience I have had with any repair of any kind. I first spoke with the owner Andre and he quickly quoted me a price on the phone based on the dimensions of the Garage door I needed replaced \ repaired. The price was much lower than a in person quote I received from one his competitors in the area. He was able to do it first thing the next day. He sent his installation tech Robert who arrived promptly at the scheduled time. The tech looked at our door and immediately spotted a problem with our current garage door configuration that was previously installed and instead of installing it the same way which was what he had loaded on his truck he said it would be a better solution to get the custom size required to fit my opening. He drove back to the manufacturer and picked up the other size panels and came back and had it installed in an hour and it worked better than our previously installed door ( prior to it getting damaged). He went through everything he did and explained the process and why he made some adjustments along the way to the previous setup.
