From the rude manager Satima/Fatima (unsure because of the attitude in which she said her name) to the incompetent pharmacist who sits there while everyone is trying to save the ship from sinking. There is always an excuse as to why my family's prescriptions are never ready. From requiring physicians to send in scripts multiple times, to not checking their delivery orders on time before their extremely early cut-off time. If it weren't because our insurance demands we use them, we would've gone to CVS or Vitality Drugs, all of which have better service.

I was impressed when I was seen right away for the check in process but took a while before I was called for the administration of my shot. I noticed too that there is a long line for those picking up their prescriptions. This is a busy location I would say. The location size is double of my go to location. Be patient when you come to this location. Staff is nice though. Huge floor for its over the counter stocks. Lots of supplies, plenty to choose from. The extra star for this location is for its drive up accessibility, huge lot for car spots.

I was looking for one with a USB port (the Withings brand) so I can charge it in the car, and she said that the store does not sell that type of cuff. They only sell Omron, which uses Bluetooth. I bought some daily essentials, and I noted that a lot of them were locked up in glass shelves as they are in virtually all CVS pharmacies that I have patronized. Customers have to ring a bell so a store employee could come and unlock the items --like toothpaste, razors and mouthwash. Cashier Sorna rang up my order, encouraging me to take advantage of a digital coupon that I downloaded from the app. She explained that if I buy $2 more dollars worth of items, I will get $2 off my entire order. What a good salesgirl! Management: if you are reading this, consider promoting Sorna to manager!
