Not only did he keep me informed about the obstacles but he fought very hard for us to get an approved permit. Once we got an approved permit he worked diligently to get their home set. He remained fair on his pricing and treated my mom and grandma like family. After talking to Jackson an appointment date was later scheduled by text (no time was given and without contacting me first). when I called the company I was told they would be there early, 8:30 or 9:00 am. at 11 I called, got no answer so I left a message. they arrive shortly after. He said it was an easy fix should be done within an hour. 20 minutes later I went out to see how he was doing and he was gone! Although I was told they would review the project with me before they left but they didn't. The fence was straightened and firmed up but I'm not sure what actually was done. I guess I'll have to for the next hurricane. Better communication is expected no matter the size of the job.
