Mr Blank recently responded to my review stating "We take all customer concerns seriously and want to address this properly" He goes on to indicate he has no knowledge of the situation and to provide proof. Since his response I have contacted Mr Blank through Yelp, I have emailed him and supplied all documentation, I have texted him and left phone messages. This is not new information for Mr Blank as all documentation was provided to him at the time. It has now been five days and he has not responded in any fashion. He does not seem to be taking the situation seriously after all. Mr Blank poured a driveway for me. After completion I paid him in full. Shortly after doing so, I received a demand from the concrete provider for $10,860.50 followed by the filing of a mechanics lien on my property. To obtain release of this lien I paid the supplier over $6,500 and also incurred legal fees associated with the lien. MR Blank did not pay his suppliers and it certainly does not seem to concern him that I got stuck with his bill. Hire this company at your own risk.

When I inquired about contractor pricing vs. retail, the interaction became incredibly uncomfortable. After being told I couldn't get a discount on a first order, I asked a simple follow-up about the process for setting up an account. He responded in a dismissive, condescending tone, eventually snapping, 'I'll just give you the contractor price' as if he were doing me a favor. I don't appreciate being treated with such rudeness. It felt as though he didn't believe a woman could be a General Contractor. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. Don't waste your time here if you value professional respect.
