From the outside it is so bland and you are truly unsure if you are walking into an abandoned building or a crappy towny bar. Once you enter, it may take your eyes a moment to adjust if you are coming in from a bright sunny day. Foundation Bar has super low lighting, very moody. There is ample seating and a few different seating options; bar stools, booths, high top tables. Seat yourself. To order drinks you walk up to the bar. There is not table service. The decorations here are great! There are some really incredible pieces and collections! Some I would love to have if I could find them. This is a very laid back atmosphere, very chill not loud or overbearing so relax and enjoy the ambiance. I believe my drink was called El Diablo and was very good. My boyfriend chose a Zombie which is always strong! He preferred my drink!

This is a rough time and they've got the right foundation in place to provide a fantastic dining experience...when they are able to get more experience providing dining. Unfortunately mistakes left two members of our party without their meals until all the rest of us were done eating. Multiple staff apologized, though, and they knocked one of the entrees off the bill. These are the kinds of problems that I believe The Dock will work out when they have more business. So if you want beachfront or on-beach dining and the limited menu at MooSa down the way leaves you wanting for more, give the Dock a try.

Their whiskey Old Fashioned is stiff, cheap, and most importantly huge (served in a pint glass!). The interior is casual and, while it's listed on Yelp as a dive bar, it's clean. They have a small(ish) room in back for small parties with a couple counters, a TV, and outlets (for crockpots etc). They don't serve food, this is strictly a neighborhood watering hole. But, you can bring food into their back room for parties etc. The service is predictably gruff (not in a bad way) and it's a strictly order-at-the-bar situation. There's bar seating as well as a few four-top high tops. It's the perfect spot for a casual night of drinking with friends. Get to it!
