Shelby gave me paperwork to fill out and to put on my dash by 8:56am. This man in a blue jacket met me at the front of the parking lot and driveway to guide me to where I needed to go for my PCR testing. My temperature is well under 98. Another woman came to collect my insurance and my ID card, while I filled out the paperwork. Filled out my paperwork by 9:05am. They have a lot of staff here. The same lad that took my ID came to collect my paperwork and to get back my ID. They told me to keep the pen, since it had been in my car. They take all precautions here and take the virus very seriously. They don't need a script here at all, no symptoms required either. My doctor had wanted to provide them with his script paperwork, so that they would provide the results to them directly. They can't and won't send to doctors at all before a procedure. I will have to pass it along myself. The nasal swab today was much more invasive than the first time I had it done. It was shoved it up so far and that it made my eyes flood with tears, that's way up there for sure. Quick and efficient service here for sure. Would get it done here anytime required again.

If I could give zero stars I would…read more TL; DR - If you are looking for a practice that offers ridiculously long wait times, an incredibly rude front office staff, and medical care that will feel rushed, careless and like they have no clue that they're doing, this is the place for you! Avoid this place. They will see you for 5 minutes after you've been waiting loooooong past your scheduled appointment time. Multiple times we've waited for over an hour to be seen. This was not an isolated incident as it has happened consistently regardless of when the appt is scheduled (morning, afternoon, etc.). If the care we received was worth it, I don't think we'd mind waiting but in multiple visits the PA/NP (Nicole?) has been neither thorough nor compassionate. I wasn't going to leave a review but was truly shocked to see their high rating so felt I owed the community at large a fair warning. Stay away from this practice unless you are looking for a practice that wastes your time and gives you subpar care. There are better places in the nearby area (Troy, Birmingham) who will value your time and treat you with the compassionate care you deserve. If you are already a patient here, I encourage you to find another practice and potentially look into filing a formal complaint through LARA as well as your insurance company if your "care" was as subpar as ours has been, as I will be looking into. This is absolutely appalling. But at least the front office staff is pleasant! Kidding - they're incredibly rude and unhelpful - negativity attracts negativity. If you're a potential patient give them a call and see how helpful they are about your questions or scheduling before you commit to get a taste of what you'll be dealing with. Then time how long it takes to be seen.

The previous 4 conventional drs I saw either under treated me, or didn't bother treating me at all. I felt like a lost cause. I had to quit my job because the fatigue was so bad. I discovered Dr Hailey after hearing her dad on a podcast speak about the importance of iodine. I scheduled my appointment and traveled from west Texas to Michigan. After a year of being under the care of Dr Hailey I am leaps and bounds better. Not cured, but I am not struggling like I was. There's no better blessing than that of good health, and Dr Hailey delivered for sure. I can't put a price on my health. Well worth the cost, and is actually pretty affordable compared to other clinics that offer the same type of care. Highly recommend.

Once, we waited for nearly three hours to see the doctor just to be told we would need to schedule another appointment to see a different doctor. I have never encountered a time when we can see a doctor on time. If you have an appointment here, you might as well schedule the entire morning or afternoon off because that is how long you will need to wait to see your doctor. The last time we went, several people were waiting for the same doctor in front of us. We had been waiting for over half an hour when three more people came in to see, yep, the same doctor. How can they schedule patients like this and let them wait for an hour or longer? I have witnessed patients often upset with the poor service, with one complaining that her appointment was canceled without her consent. On top of that, the facilities are dirty and look like the seats, floor, and windowsills have not been cleaned in years. I had to go to the restroom and was directed to the unisex bathroom by the reception area. There was a brown stain on the toilet seat. I had to ask a worker if there was another bathroom available, and when I asked why all I could say was that the bathroom was not clean. Completely disorganized office, dirty and unhygienic.
