I had a persistent issue that had not been properly addressed at another location. Shannon immediately addressed my concerns and assessed the problem. She took time to educate me and make sure that I was comfortable with the information I was receiving. Her bedside manner is impeccable. Other staff were efficient and personable. I was very comfortable during my entire visit. I left feeling confident that my issue would be resolved through prescribed medication and care instructions. I will definitely move forward with Epic health, with this being my primary location.

I went to Dr Xavier for a physical. I complained of having chest pains. One would think she would give me an EKG. I don't know what's needed and apparently neither does she. She writes a script for a stress cardio gram that gets denied the day before I'm supposed to go in on Wednesday. I call Thursday morning just to see where we are with a preauthorization. Dr Xavier tells me she doesn't know how long it will be, that it's a process. I'm like should I give it a week? She says she doesn't know. So I'm fed up at this point. I'm the one having chest pains but she doesn't seem to care. No worries. I fixed that. I had chest pains today and came to urgent care for blood work and an EKG. THE SAME THING SHE SHOULD'VE DONE. Since Dr Xavier acted like I was bothering her with my questions, I've found a doctor that will listen. So, being a start up doctor's office, she should have more professional people that KNOW what they're talking about. Because with my PPO, I can go ANYWHERE without your lazy attitude or consent. For all she knew, I could've been having symptoms of a heart attack or stroke. Thank God I went to the hospital to find out what's wrong. Shelby gave me paperwork to fill out and to put on my dash by 8:56am. This man in a blue jacket met me at the front of the parking lot and driveway to guide me to where I needed to go for my PCR testing. My temperature is well under 98. Another woman came to collect my insurance and my ID card, while I filled out the paperwork. Filled out my paperwork by 9:05am. They have a lot of staff here. The same lad that took my ID came to collect my paperwork and to get back my ID. They told me to keep the pen, since it had been in my car. They take all precautions here and take the virus very seriously. They don't need a script here at all, no symptoms required either. My doctor had wanted to provide them with his script paperwork, so that they would provide the results to them directly. They can't and won't send to doctors at all before a procedure. I will have to pass it along myself. The nasal swab today was much more invasive than the first time I had it done. It was shoved it up so far and that it made my eyes flood with tears, that's way up there for sure. Quick and efficient service here for sure. Would get it done here anytime required again.

She says you don't have to wear your mask if you don't want to.. I looked at her in her mask and said "Why would I not" The Dr Dr Whitmore Walks in the room NO MASK I ask him politely to put on a mask With his rude and arrogant attitude and almost anger in his eyes said NO!! I in return asked him again His answer was "I AM NOT SICK" I said How do you know that.. I felt so uncomfortable .. He said you can leave if you want .. I was shocked to say the least.. I had my mask on and really needed medical attention I told him what was wrong he wrote me a script for physical therapy and X-rays . I could not get out fast enough. As I was checking out I simply said to the ladies working his reception desk " you really should tell people on the phone of your masking policy.. then I would of had a option not to come .. They were masked.. no one said a word..
