Ok, still why haven't I been updated. I'm u sure why you're not getting our texts. Hmmm. Another week passes, I say it's been 4 weeks and this is getting a bit ridiculous, oh sir certainly you were told when you dropped it off it's 2 to 4 weeks. No, no one said a thing other than they will keep you updated which they didn't. Long story short, A+ on the body work and F on the communication. My experience was some what neutral. The body work was done great but then I confronted the owner…read morethat put decals on it got weird. My bodywork was on my hood and ps rear fender , however the body shop guys took off my sticker on the ds and ps, well when they did that on the ds they dug into the paint to the primer, about a dime size chip. Not I gave The benefit of the doubt that they would fix that well when I got the call to come pick up my vehicle come to find out the owner actually had put the new decal over that dime size chipped of paint And when he put another decal below it, it was very crooked about a quarter of an inch to 3/8 of an inch difference so it's very crooked. If I have the pictures to post on here, I would show you I confronted the owner about it and it got a little weird and gave some reasoning for it and basically said that if it bothers me that we can work something out with a discount on Another repair. I still had to pay full price for this repair. The owner is super super super nice really cool awesome and I didn't feel like getting confrontational because I'm a non-confrontational person but I just thought that it would've been noted for me to come back at another time so they could do the repair right seeing as they didn't even have to work on that side anyway, and it was their mistake.

The vehicle was returned to us with the same issue it was brought in for. Within a day, the condition worsened, including white smoke from the engine. When the vehicle was brought back, we were informed that the head gasket had blown and that this type of repair is not something your shop handles. Additionally, your employee stated that when the vehicle was moved after the repair, it was apparent that something was still wrong, yet this was not disclosed to me at the time of payment. Based on this, I am requesting a full refund of $348.85 due to: - Failure to properly diagnose or repair the issue - Return of the vehicle in an unsafe or worsened condition - Failure to disclose known issues at the time of release Please respond within 7 business days to resolve this matter. If I do not receive a response, I will proceed with filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General's office, and I will consider pursuing this matter in small claims court.
