We purchased a French furniture line containing a sofa and recliner from this store a few months…read moreago. The 2 pieces cost over $5000. We expected quality and durability for our money. Within 6 months the cushions in both pieces collapsed and we were sitting on crushed cushioning on top of an iron frame. It was totally uncomfortable.The store agreed to replace the 2 pieces, but sent us the same style of furniture and told us it was re-built to be better. This time the cushion gave out within a month of getting it. We requested a credit for our purchase for a different line the store carries, but we were told "No!" This is the 2nd time their exact furniture turned out to be defective!!! THE FACTORY, in our opinion, not only misled us, but it has the WORST post-sales service of all the furniture stores in the Northeast. All of the other furniture stores in this area treat their customers fairly, and are not dishonest. We don't believe that is the case with THE FACTORY. BUYERS should BEWARE!

It is hard to gauge the size from out front, but inside is huge. There is so much to see. From lamps to hanging light fixtures for every area of your house including outside. The prices are great and the staff is super helpful. Don't see what youre looking for? Anything you can imagine they will make for you. On this particular day the gentleman working the counter was one of the owners. We got to talking with him and he was nice enough to give us a tour of the factory, which is also onsite. We were amazed to find out they make most of the lighting fixtures for Chik Fil A and Panera, as well as Bass Pro or Cabelas. It was really cool to see all the local people hand making all these items from painting, to welding, and dont forget the electrical wiring! Taking this behind the scenes tour just made us love the brand even more. So many amazing things to see they had in the works. So much attention to detail. I got some ideas and needed to come home and measure current fixtures to see what I will need. I cant wait to do a bunch more business with this amazing local company in the future!
