They listed my payment as a "Credit on my Account" and listed me as a Bad debt. Despite my attempt to pay on time, they still have not corrected this. With as much as I work, I enjoy spending my days off getting these treatments since the girls in the aesthetic center are so personable and fun to visit with. They need to clean house in the business office and hire competent people. I spoke briefly with the office manager on my issues. All she could do was make excuses for her people. Not one apology that I spent about 5 hours total morning and afternoon in their office due to their incompetence. She claimed they couldn't get through to my insurance. After going through a list of specialists that were covered by my insurance, Dr. Boop was the only person who could fit me in on the same day. The Good: He seems to know what he's talking about, and will answer any questions you have. He never seems rushed, and he was very thorough. He fixed my eye malady. The Bad: I showed up about 10 minutes late to one appointment and that had drastic effects. I ended up waiting for about an hour, but he still saw me. He did apologize about the wait. He scheduled 3 visits just to check on a routine issue. It was thorough, but I had to move some things around to make sure I could fit in all the visits. He's a bit long-winded. He definitely has a wealth of information in his head. Overall: He knows what he's doing, and does it efficiently. When in Lubbock, I'll definitely use him again.

As far as I'm concerned Dr Colvin is one of the best doctors in the country. When other doctors…read morewere saying that my condition was Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and recommending surgery for that, Dr Colvin didn't think that was the correct diagnosis and sent me for other imaging. What we found was a spinal condition that required surgery on my neck and my lower back. Unlike most spinal institutions who immediately want to give steroid injections he invests the time necessary to get to the root of the proble. This man saved my life and I will always give him the credit that he deserves. Thank You Dr Colvin for giving me my life back.
