With as much as I work, I enjoy spending my days off getting these treatments since the girls in the aesthetic center are so personable and fun to visit with. Furthermore, the entire staff is accomodating, and really bend over backwards for their patients. I have good experiences with them, all are professional and answer any question you have without being condescending. Very good at explaining things and helping you understand. Have seen two doctors here both with excellent bedside manner. If my rating was based on experience with them only. It would be 5 stars. They need to clean house in the business office and hire competent people. I spoke briefly with the office manager on my issues. All she could do was make excuses for her people. Not one apology that I spent about 5 hours total morning and afternoon in their office due to their incompetence. She claimed they couldn't get through to my insurance. Funny that in between my visits that day I called my insurance. I talked to a real person within one minute of calling. Minimal to no hold after getting through the automated system. But yet they couldn't get them. More excuses.

He gave me my reader prescription based on my age without even testing me. He tested my vision while my eyes were dilated. I told them I couldn't tell the differences, because they were all blurry but they assured me the prescription would be just fine. I was told to have the glasses made and if they did not work, to bring them back and they would test the glasses to make sure they matched the prescription, and would then issue a new prescription if the glasses were what they prescribed. I told them I'd rather have my concerns addressed now and not have to potentially go thru all that trouble, but they refused.

The Good: He seems to know what he's talking about, and will answer any questions you have. He never seems rushed, and he was very thorough. He fixed my eye malady. The Bad: I showed up about 10 minutes late to one appointment and that had drastic effects. I ended up waiting for about an hour, but he still saw me. He did apologize about the wait. He scheduled 3 visits just to check on a routine issue. It was thorough, but I had to move some things around to make sure I could fit in all the visits. He's a bit long-winded. I think she needs a raise and a promotion! I was a bit nervous to try progressive lenses. I had tried them in the past and they were a nightmare before. Sam measured my face appropriately and explained the various options to me. I got new RX glasses and RX sunglasses in about 2 weeks. Both fit great and look great. I'm very happy w my experience. I also had an eye exam. It was at the end of the year so they were a bit busy. I ended up having to wait about 2-3 hrs to get through my exam. They have a remote DR which was unusual- but I found the associate who did all the eye exams to be highly proficient and very friendly and professional. The office was very clean - bravo! The remote eye Dr was very helpful and I liked the exam. My new RX is great and overall, I think this location and staff did an awesome job. I definitely come back again!
