With as much as I work, I enjoy spending my days off getting these treatments since the girls in the aesthetic center are so personable and fun to visit with. Furthermore, the entire staff is accomodating, and really bend over backwards for their patients. I was very excited when I learned the office made upgrades to start accepting American Express, which my husband and I really appreciated. They need to clean house in the business office and hire competent people. I spoke briefly with the office manager on my issues. All she could do was make excuses for her people. Not one apology that I spent about 5 hours total morning and afternoon in their office due to their incompetence. She claimed they couldn't get through to my insurance. After going through a list of specialists that were covered by my insurance, Dr. Boop was the only person who could fit me in on the same day. The Good: He seems to know what he's talking about, and will answer any questions you have. He never seems rushed, and he was very thorough. He fixed my eye malady. The Bad: I showed up about 10 minutes late to one appointment and that had drastic effects. I ended up waiting for about an hour, but he still saw me. He did apologize about the wait. He scheduled 3 visits just to check on a routine issue. It was thorough, but I had to move some things around to make sure I could fit in all the visits. He's a bit long-winded. He definitely has a wealth of information in his head. Overall: He knows what he's doing, and does it efficiently. When in Lubbock, I'll definitely use him again.

Volví a verlo para una revisión de mis lentes de contacto. Me revisó los ojos en 45 segundos. El Dr. Moss, que me atendió, dijo que Adrian es un buen técnico, pero que si estás casada, eso se nota en el historial clínico y te va a atender con prisa. Es su forma de ser, pero con otras personas es amable. Es muy rápido: terminó el examen de mi esposo en dos minutos y lo hizo correctamente, pero conmigo lo termina en un minuto, sin ninguna conversación. Le pregunté amablemente por qué no me hablaba y me respondió: "Porque estás casada".
