    He did eye (cataract) surgery on both of my eyes. And he did a great job!! I would definitely recommend Dr. Frasier.

    Giving one star for the business office part of West Texas Eye. They are the most incompetent…read morepeople I've ever dealt with in any medical office. Watch them on their estimates for services, question it all. They do some really bad math or are just plain deceptive. Now, for the Doctors and staff in the back. I have good experiences with them, all are professional and answer any question you have without being condescending. Very good at explaining things and helping you understand. Have seen two doctors here both with excellent bedside manner. If my rating was based on experience with them only. It would be 5 stars. They need to clean house in the business office and hire competent people. I spoke briefly with the office manager on my issues. All she could do was make excuses for her people. Not one apology that I spent about 5 hours total morning and afternoon in their office due to their incompetence. She claimed they couldn't get through to my insurance. Funny that in between my visits that day I called my insurance. I talked to a real person within one minute of calling. Minimal to no hold after getting through the automated system. But yet they couldn't get them. More excuses.

Timeline of Issues: 10/23 (Initial Exam): I was told trial contact lenses for my new prescription would be ordered. 11/6 (Follow-up): I returned due to persistent eyelid irritation. The trial lenses had not been ordered. The doctor agreed to call in a prescription for the irritation immediately. 12/3 (Prescription Call): I finally received a call from the pharmacy regarding the eyelid prescription. By this time, I had already successfully treated the issue using natural remedies due to the long delay. 12/10 (Current Date): After calling the office, I learned that the trial contacts were never ordered at all. This lack of action has left me without necessary contacts. An order is supposedly being placed today. Key Concerns: Failure to Order Trials: The primary issue is the repeated failure to order my trial contact lenses, which has severely impacted my ability to obtain my new prescription. Poor Communication: There was a nearly four-week delay in calling in a necessary medical prescription. Furthermore, the office staff rarely answers the phone, making follow-up difficult. Prescription Release: The office is currently refusing to release my contact lens prescription until I have tried the new one, but they have actively prevented me from doing so by failing to order the trials. I wasted over a month dealing with inadequate service and poor logistical management. I urge the clinic to improve its administrative processes and communication immediately.
