NW Decks replaced an old deck and added a covered patio to our home in Hansville WA. Doug never…read morewent to the house himself, so his estimate and plans were solely based on my AI rendering of an idea we liked. The quality of the job was poor. The final result did not match his renderings of the project. He never offered any ideas to improve our idea, rather just went with it...even though I am not a deck designer. The patio ended up being much, much lower than the deck so what we ended up with is a sunken patio that looks silly. They had to add a couple sections of stairs because of the change in height. The work was done quickly with exposed corners and facades. I had to ASK for them to 'finish' the edges. The communication between Doug, his team, and us (their client), was extremely poor. Anytime I emailed Doug with a question, I would get abrupt, condescending, and rude replies. The feeling I got is Doug was very overwhelmed, out of touch with his projects and does not seem to care about customer service at all. Working with NW Decks was one of the most unpleasant experiences with a service provider I've ever had.

The guys that did the work were on time, helpful, and extremely hard working. We get compliments on the deck from everyone that comes over. I would give them five stars, except the follow up questions I had after the work was done, remained unanswered even after couple of follow up emails. I'm a big believer in open communication so it bummed me out I didn't get a reply (related to ongoing care) but I've googled enough to figure out the do's and don't of composite decking. So take that for what it's worth to you. They do superb work, though definitely not the cheapest. You get what you pay for, and I'd use them again.

Leaves and crud would get wedged between the Fascia board and the deck boards. The Fascia would warp and have gaps at the ends. We wanted to extend our deck five feet and have the Fascia recessed under the deck boards. Lee came out and looked at the job and understood the Fascia problem immediately. He took measurements, checked to see if the decking material was still available and gave me a bid. He and his crew arrived promptly at 7:30 each morning during the job. He had to modify the framing to allow the Fascia to be installed under the deck boards. He reused the existing material and bought new Trex decking and Fascia where needed. He also replaced the old faux rock panels under the deck. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

From the initial consultation to the final touches, everything was done on time, on budget, and with great attention to detail. Communication was excellent throughout--Lee kept us informed, listened to our ideas, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the finished space is both beautiful and functional. It's rare to find a contractor who delivers high-quality work, stays on schedule, and is cost-conscious--Lee nailed it. We highly recommend Lee for anyone looking to do a bathroom or any remodel! In fact, Lee is the only contractor I will use for my home.

Every time we had any questions or concerns he addressed them right away. Communication was great throughout the entire process. They installed a Trex deck. A privacy fence surrounding our property, and a beautiful gazebo over a paver patio and retaining wall/seating wall. The free lights they installed make it even better. They surpassed our expectations. We will choose Jeremy and Pro-west landscapes every time from now on. If I could leave 10 stars I would. *Bev*

If you're considering hiring Pro West Landscape LLC, I strongly urge you to read this review…read morecarefully. The owner, Jeremy Inman, is directly tied to WDGT LLC, another landscaping and concrete business that has a well-documented history of unethical business practices. My wife and I hired WDGT LLC for a large-scale project, trusting them with over $75,000, expecting professional and timely completion of the work. However, after completing less than a third of the agreed-upon work, they abandoned the project, leaving us with $45,000+ in uncompleted services. After disappearing, Jeremy shut down WDGT LLC and refused all communication. Despite our multiple attempts to contact him directly and through legal representation--including delivering a letter to the address associated with both businesses--he has continued to avoid any responsibility. What's more alarming is that he has now resumed soliciting work under Pro West Landscape LLC, a business that appears to be following the same pattern as WDGT LLC. We've received numerous messages from others who had similar experiences, confirming that Jeremy continues to take large deposits from unsuspecting clients without delivering on his promises. It's disheartening and frustrating that someone can run off with tens of thousands of dollars, shut down one business, and simply start another under a different name to repeat the same unethical practices. We've even seen posts from Jeremy himself boasting about acquiring expensive new equipment shortly after abandoning our project. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would recommend looking elsewhere for landscaping services. Pro West Landscape LLC appears to be nothing more than a rebranded continuation of the same failed and fraudulent business model. Currently in the process of filing a lawsuit after months and multiple attempts of not only us, but our lawyer trying to contact them.
