Today's call to make an appointment ended with asking for my insurance information and reminding me (first time I've heard this) that they do NOT verify insurance, it is my job to do so. WHAT?! Since when did this became their policy? So if you don't fully understand what the comment means, IF YOUR INSURANCE IS OUT OF NETWORK AND YOU DIDNT CAL YOUR INSURANCE TO CHECK YOU WILL BE RECEIVING A BILL that would most likely have been covered or had a higher coverage rate had you gone to an in network Dr. So if this isn't a problem for you make sure you always verify with your insurance because they can be in network for one visit but for a future appointment no longer be in network.

They are very unfriendly - from the closed window in the waiting room to scheduling the next appt. Upon finding another Dr, I found out 3 people I know had the exact same issue with Dr Lieber and staff and had also moved to another Dr. I only wish I had known that before I changed to this practice.
