I called them because I needed an odd sized large box to ship an item I sold on eBay and they had it. Not only did they have what I was looking for, but their sales rep Alyssa was so friendly and helpful. After she showed me the box, I went to my car and grabbed the item I needed to ship, just to make sure it would fit. Of course it did. BUT the BEST part was that Alyssa made up the box for me and helped me pack my item. There was a tiny bit of space and so she found some padding and put it in the box FOR FREE! She even offered me shipping labels...and used THEIR tape at no extra charge! That's a really big deal if you've ever dealt with other box/shipping material companies.
