I didn't know if all the stains would come out. From the get go, Steve showed me areas where the fabric was worn and the stain would probably not come out completely. I love that he was up front about that. But he really worked on those stains and almost completely got everything to come out! The before and after pictures don't do this review justice. The couch was filthy. The after pictures are with the couch still drying so there are some vacuum marks that will clear up, but I couldn't wait to post this review! I'm ecstatic!!! Love how clean my couch is now!!! I also bought an upholstered headboard at the outlet and it was also filthy. He got all the stains out of that one too!
