I can't recommend them enough! We had been struggling with our insurance to get my son's car towed out of a ditch for 4 days! On the 4th day of trying after 20 phone calls and hours upon hours on the phone our insurance basically said to handle it ourselves. We called a competitor that wanted to charge us $500 for a basic tow. Not to mention when my hubby called he was on hold quite a while and they couldn't give an ETA. I'm so thankful I found this place on Yelp because they answered promptly and had a driver en route within 10 minutes!!! Plus their original minimum quote was 1/3 of their competitor. It did cost a little more than there minimum price because it turned out to be a bit more complicated but overall it was still about half the cost of the other tow business in Smithville. Call them now! If you got a quote elsewhere that almost made you crap your pants- these guys will make you feel better guaranteed. While I did not receive a tow from Brad's company, I did experience the pleasure of having my vehicle damaged by one of his drivers not properly securing his load to the back of his truck. I was driving behind the truck (which doesn't even have a license plate) on the highway. The truck was carrying a fork lift and a few wooden palettes. I watched a loose and completely unsecured four foot long piece of wood come flying out from underneath one of the palettes, off of the bed of the truck, and then flew and hit the hood of my car and the windshield. My windshield is, thankfully, okay, but the hood of my brand new car has a nice six inch scratch from the wood hitting it. I took a video of the truck, what it was carrying and the road conditions we were driving on. I then called the number on the side of the truck to inform them of what had happened. They told me they would call their driver and then get back to me. When Brad called me back, he told me that his driver said there was wood all over the road and that it was flying all over the place and that is how my car was hit with wood. I told him that that was definitely not the case and that my video proved it and that the wood definitely flew off of the back of the tow truck. Brad then hung up on me. I tried calling him back, but he forwarded my call to his voicemail. Twice. I will now be going ahead and filing a claim with my insurance company to make sure that Brad's towing company pays for the damage that my vehicle received at the fault of his driver. I will make 100% certain to never use this towing company in the future and to never ever recommend this towing company to anyone I know. Be very careful driving around these vehicles. The drivers are obviously incompetent and the owner of the company is shady and has no idea how to run his business. Enjoy paying for my vehicle, Brad. read more

I recently purchased a vehicle from a reputable dealership. 4 days after the purchase my engine light came on and my car stopped on me on the highway. I had to leave my vehicle on the side of the highway to return the next morning with a clean cut to my exhaust. Someone had tried to steal my catalytic converter. Disappointed and upset, that I had only had my car for four days at this point, I contacted the dealership to have towed back to their lot for further evaluation. I took footage of the condition my vehicle was in, for my own personal comfort. I spoke to the dealership who advised me the tow company would be there in 20 mins. Brads driver called me 25 mins after to advise they were there to load my vehicle. Without a key, they loaded my car on and proceeded to the dealership. Once I arrived to the dealership I noticed my vehicle was not in the condition I had left it, only but a couple of hours ago. To make an extreme story short, I contacted Brad to advise what had happened, and WITHOUT hesitation he apologized asked for any footage I may have had and took FULL and COMPLETE ownership and responsibilities for the damages. Brad went even FURTHER by having my car towed to another reputable lot to repair not some, but ALL of the original damages. This included my bumper, AND my exhaust being damaged AND cut off. (Which they didn't initially do). Beyond the distraught I had experienced, Brad took care of ALL expenses for the exhaust! My heart has never been so full! I told Brad the MOMENT he offered an apology, my heart, so needed to hear, his number was saved in my phone and I had nothing but GREAT news to spread about his company!
