But man, am I ever glad that Almighty Tow Service took that service call! My issue was a (mostly) flat tire, low enough that I didn't want to drive the couple miles home and fix it. My stupid tires are expensive, so why make a bad thing worse by driving on a damaged tire? But I also could not wedge all my repair needs in between cars (because parking garage), but fortunately for me, the Almighty tech was totally on the job. From the time I placed my online assistance order until the time I was back in service: 35 minutes! I was worried it would be a couple of hours to get a tow tech, assess the issue, etc., but NOPE! It took my friendly tech maybe seven minutes to remove the flat, mount the spare, and air that sucker up. Absolutely phenomenal level of service! My time is valuable and, I guess, so are my tires. Almighty made a frustrating ordeal into a pleasant experience. They communicated well, arrived promptly, and had me going in no time. His first priority was safety for me and my passenger when he stopped with flashers on to alert other drivers. Then he helped get me pushed around the corner onto the shoulder of East bound 40 Hwy where we could wait for a tow. Crazy traffic that time of day. The driver didn't have to stop to help -- as he was on the way to another emergency. But for our safety, safety of the car, and safety of other drivers he took his own time to stop and help.
