They are doing business off of our street here in Kansas when their company is in Missouri. The truck is a hazard for anyone rounding the corner And you have to watch several people swerve to not slam into the back of it. The truck has no reflectors at all, making it even more dangerous. When they park it farther down the street overnight. It's very dark and people are still swerving because they don't see it in time. This is disrespectful. They said that the tow truck operator lives near that street and the only reason it was parked there for the first day was because that operator was home sick and then it would be gone the next day. When they do start the truck up, they zoom down our street and the speed limit is only 25 mph.

I contacted the tow company and told them that. they told me the actual owner was sending title in to get it transferred. today i got a certified letter regarding the vehicle. I called DMV and they told me i can disregard the letter or since i was registered owner of the vehicle i could pay whats owed and get the vehicle. I called the tow company again and they told me even though im the registered owner there is a 2nd lien holder ( notice of sale)on it and only that 2nd lien holder could get the vehicle. DMV doesnt show a 2nd lien. if i cannot get the vehicle then why keep sending me letters on it? im not responsible for any tow bill or storage

I will be taking action against you and your LLC on 06.17.26 i asked dirty hands on wheels if he could repair my car. he said sure. I asked if he has done this type of work, he said yes. the alternator was needing to be replaced. day 1 it took 5.5 hours to have my alternator removed however it was removed. I took the alternator to have it rebuilt day 2 it took 5 hours. dirty hands on wheels was running behind and was bringing a little one. I said no problem. I can understand. the baby was crying which I totally understand. Today the alternator was installed however i wondered how the mechanic was going to be able to focus on putting my car back together and keep an eye on his toddler. there was an incident at the location of where my car broke down. it was the feds arresting an employee. during this intense altercation instead of the mechanic working and focusing on my car he runs towards the altercation involving the feds. once he saw their guns he came back towards my car. finally he said he needed to put his child to bed. I was very understanding and said ok. Granted my car has not been put back together. Day 3. he still working on my car and putting the serpentine belt back on. So the mechanic kind of just sat there at my car looking under the hood. all this time I'm thinking is every thing OK. finally I saw the mechanic putting up his tools but my car is NOT repaired. He meaning the owner of Dirty Hands on Wheels stated that he could NOT finish the job. He wasn't able to put the serpentine belt on. i was very upset it comes to find out that Dirty Hands on Wheels LLC was in over his head. he took apart a lot of things that didn't need to be removed being the oil filter and didn't put the radiator fan back in place. the actual radiator had dents in it from trying to remove the alternator I was unable to find any mechanic that was willing to come behind the sloppy work performed by. Dirty Hands on Wheels this mechanic damaged my vehicle. he definitely didn't have the correct tools for the serpentine belt. After dealing with this I sold my car bc I couldn't find a mechanic willing to touch my car after this so called mechanic totally messed up my car. I wish he had NEVER touched my car

I went in for a 30,000 mile service for my F-150…read more Good: I was able to book online though I never did get a confirmation via email or phone call. When I arrived, the service manager was good at talking with me and understanding what I needed. He arranged for a shuttle back to my house and I only had to wait about 15 minutes. When I picked up the truck the service manager was able to take my payment without me having to stand in line at a cashier. They removed all their paper floor mats and tags when they gave me the truck. Improve: I am always surprised that they do not do a better job on their out briefings. They just take my money, and send me on my way. I would expect that they would review the work order and the result of their inspections, as well as go over when my next service will occur. They also did not have my tire air pressure set identically though this was on their checklist, but the service manager fixed that when I brought it to his attention.
