I won't use them again. I was told they would come to me and I could pay with a credit card which was great. When they arrived and the job was done, the tech asked if I had a check for payment. I told him they said I could use my card and he said a card is fine too. Then, his square card reader didn't work and his phone appeared frozen. It was extremely inconvenient waiting in the boiling hot sun for headquarters to send a link to my phone so I could pay. When I called to say I still hadn't received the payment link yet, my call went to voicemail, but when the tech called they answered. Eventually the link loaded on my phone and I was finally able to pay. My advice to them is to tell customers to have exact cash In advance for a faster transaction experience. EDIT: The shop owner called me right after I wrote this review and said that the technician was here and ready to fix my window, and offered a good discount. He showed up himself to help get it done faster, too. I'm changing my review from 1 star to 3 because I appreciate them trying to make it right, but I still didn't have a great experience. Delays and unexpected challenges happen, but a little communication goes a long way. It would have been nice for someone to call or text me with updates that they were running late, instead of making me wait all day (not 2 hours, ALL day) without communication. I had no idea when/if they were showing up and couldn't take meetings or do anything else because I really needed my windshield fixed. I appreciate the discount but I felt like this was avoidable, and they didn't address the issue until I had already cancelled my request and called them multiple times to ask whether they were showing up as promised. This place kept me waiting for 8 hours, with my car out in the open with a smashed window. Please call anyone but them. I was driving on the 134 at 8am, and suddenly I heard a loud bang and a shower of tiny glass shards, and my windshield looked like I parked too close to the foul ball zone at a little league game. I called around 2 and was told he would be heading over in 10-15 minutes. Then I called at 3, after no communication, and Lorena offered me a discount to keep my appointment. She promised me he would be there by 4. Guess what happened next? Nothing, that's what! It's 4:10 now and there were lots of apologies, but I don't understand why they couldn't have communicated, or just told me they were too busy for me that day. I moved all of my work meetings because I thought he was coming. I could have called someone else this morning and had my window fixed hours ago, instead of leaving my car out on the street asking for a break-in. This place is too disorganized and not trustworthy. Wow! This place was amazing! I called early in the morning on a Saturday, this place was one of the few shops open that even answered their phone. No other shops were answering. The lady on the phone was so helpful looking up / figuring out what type of glass I needed. She told me I could come in that same day. I went in later on the day (not realizing they closed a bit early). I arrived 5 min before closing and the gentleman was so kind to stay and replace my windshield. I sat inside their office (with my service dog) while he replaced the glass. He was over the top with his customer service! He offered us water and even let me borrow his computer cause my phone didn't have any reception. Within less than an hour my car looked good as new! This kind of service is so hard to find! This place is the best! I cracked my windshield when I was changing the wipers and lost hold of the metal arm of the wiper. I was panicking because we were taking my car to Joshua Tree the next day and I needed it fixed ASAP. The bigger glass repair franchise places couldn't take me until days later, but when my husband called this place they came same day! Not only were they half the price of Safelite, they came to me, and within hours! They were so friendly and got it swapped out within an hour! They let me know ahead of time that they wouldn't be able to calibrate my car's camera, but they did mention that I likely wouldn't need it, and they were right! (But if I did need it calibrated I could just take it to the dealership to have them calibrate it.) It's been a month with the new windshield and I've had zero issues! My rear windshield shattered, and I purchased an OEM replacement directly from Honda. I called around the Burbank/Glendale area, and Auto Fast Glass quickly helped schedule a same-day home appointment to install it the day I received my rear windshield from the dealership. The office rep even made some last-minute accommodations to send a technician out asap and assist us the same day! The technician, Junior, cleaned up all the broken glass inside the liftgate and spent extra time cleaning up all the glass that fell on the floor. He did a great job, and it looks like nothing ever happened. The price of the service is also competitive! Honda dealership wanted to charge me $475, a $275 markup price, to have an outside company install the glass. AutoFast Glass couldn't have made it easier to replace my windshield. My windsheild caught a few rocks on the freeway, and Safelite told me they couldn't repair my crack and have my insurance cover it; they would have to replace the entire windshield, and my insurance would not cover it. Further, I wouldn't be able to get an appointment for a couple weeks. Since i needed to replace the entire windshield, I decided to shop around and found AutoFast Glass. Not only were they less expensive, but they could repair the following day. Lorena was a big help over the phone and Carlos replaced my windshield very quickly - as a matter of fact, he showed up slightly earlier than his window and I was the one caught off-guard with how prompt he was. Fast Glass is right. My Mercedes had a cracked window shield over the weekend so we called Auto Fast Glass on Monday and they were at my home in Los Angeles on Tuesday with a brand-new windshield. They were super kind and hard workers. And my windshield looks great! For the four star review. The office I had to wait in, was very dirty and cluttered. Pros: Was able to make a same day appointment. Called them in the morning and was given a window between 1 - 3 pm for a technician to arrive to replace my cracked windshield. The guy on the phone gave me a quote and once I confirmed that I wanted the work done, he said there was a $30 deposit I needed to make which is applied towards the final bill. Cons: Waited until 4 pm and called to see if anyone was coming and was informed that the technician unfortunately had a flat tire and was running late. I don't blame the technician, but someone from the company should have called me to inform me of the delay. The technician called me at 5 pm and said he would be coming at 6 pm. He arrived at 6 pm and finished the work at 7 pm. There is blue masking tape on the outside of my windshield & the technician said I needed to keep it there for 48 hours and not get it wet. No car wash for now. Hopefully I don't have any issues. read more

These guys really saved my life! I got a crack in my windshield about a week ago, and it had been giving me lots of anxiety because it was growing every time I got into my car. I kept marking it each time I would get in my car to see if it was getting any bigger, and sure enough, what started off as a little chip grew into a crack that took up a good third of my windshield!
