I've been driving past Brady's since I started driving to Redmond on a regular basis from Portland. Was curious about what they're like so this last Sunday we took the 30+ mile drive. I didn't realize that they change their brat menu each day, so I was a little disappointed the chicken basil brat wasn't available. All of the daily choices had beef so I just went full out and got the cheesburger brat. Neither of us are condiment fans, so we went with plain. He had grilled onions and I had grilled mushrooms. I love tots and had a great experience with the Cajun tots at Crave so I asked for a large order. Although you do order from a counter, it's not fast food, so you sit and wait until they place your order in the window and call your number. Our order took about 5+ minutes. Everything was good. The tots had a great texture, but the seasoning was a little over the top for us. Probably would have been better if we'd ordered the regular ones, but since the brats were merely good, we won't likely drive that far to get any. I'm sure the burgers are good, too, but with so many good options in the PDX area, it's not worth the gas. read more

We were on a day trip to the Hood River Fruit Loop area and got hungry, found Brady's and decided to try it. We're so happy we did! I had the chicken basil brat with sauerkraut and fries and a Jones strawberry lime soda. My husband had a Baby Brady cheeseburger with tots. Both were PERFECT! They were perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked, and delicious. I'm going to attach a pic but I took it two minutes after our order was ready (and that happened quickly!) so I had already eaten most of my order. *burp* Omg was the food good. No, that's wrong, the food was AMAZING. The service was prompt, helped by explaining the menu and what was in our orders, offered just the right tips to maximize the experience. The environment is cozy and friendly and the hosts were friendly and seemed more like we were visiting friends than at a restaurant we had never been to before. That chicken brat... PERFECT! The burgers were great today. This was my first time eating here, and I came with my friend, his wife, and about seven young adults. We arrived right when it opened, and one employee was at the register. He handled order after order with ease, was really polite, and answered all of our questions. The restaurant was clean and had ample seating. It is right off the road in Sandy. Next time I have that mountain adventure hunger, I will stop by on my way home. read more

Brady's may not look like much from the outside and it's fairly rustic inside too. But they offer great burgers, hot dogs, fries and tots. Not a lot of side dishes but plenty of ways to customize your order. I appreciate their vegetarian options. I believe prices were in the $10-15 range. Staff takes your order and gives you a number for pickup, but they went above and beyond making a recommendation and offering me a small treat. They make their own brats which looked delicious but we all opted for burgers. Regular comes with 2 patties, baby Bradys come with 1 patty. Order with cheese or bacon or both. The list of free extras is lengthy - grilled jalapeños, fry sauce, Brady sauce (kinda like if Big Mac sauce if it was done right per the server ) I got a baby bacon burger with the free blue cheese crumbles, fry sauce, lettuce and tomato. Delicious! The patty was grilled with crispy bits - so good! We also got a large side of tater tots which the server recommended instead of ordering tots on each of our orders - love that he suggested this to save us money! The tots were super crispy and plentiful for the three of us who shared them. There isn't a lot of parking in their lot, so it could be hard to find street parking if busy. We came at a busy time but service was quick and food came out without much wait. Lots of seating in the dining area with a cool PNW vibe. Such a great find on Hwy 26 in Sandy, OR. read more

Brady way...traditional. Lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Wife had the Baby Brady. Somewhat smaller than mine and only one patty. Ordered a large fry to split. You have multiple topping options. Grilled onions and or mushrooms, peppers or jalapeños. Variety of sauces. Cream cheese etc. We shared a large fry. After a few minutes your number is called and your order, in baskets shoots out a window next to the kitchen. One of the best smash burgers we've had in a while. Hand formed, not Sysco, patties. Crispy edges, which is essential for me. I've tried burgers in all the Sandy restaurants. This was easily the best. Large fries were more than plenty for the two of us. Another bonus. Since you order at counter, get your own water and bus your own table. Don't need to worry about a large, not necessarily warranted tip. Do tip at the counter though. I had the Brady bacon burger and it was really good. They are smash-style burgers, with all the flavorful and crispy nooks and crannies that come with it. The Brady sauce is excellent and I definitely recommend you go for it. I really like that they give you options for lots of different fixings on the burger, and don't charge for them. We also tried the bacon cheeseburger bratwurst. It was good but not great, as I expected it to be bursting with more burger flavor. The tater tots are standard fare, the hand cut fries are on the soft side, which is not unexpected for hand cut. I was not a huge fan of the Cajun seasonings, which strangely seemed like it needed a bit more salt. The waitstaff were friendly and prompt. Straightforward menu: Housemade Brats, Burgers with your choice of toppings, hand cut french fries, and tater tots.   We've been here twice in a couple weeks. Love that you can customize your burger with one patty(Baby Brady) or two patties (Brady) then select your toppings. You can choose: lettuce, tomato,  onions, pickles, mayo, mustard,  ketchup, mushrooms,  jalapenos,  green peppers, bbq sauce, steak sauce, hot sauce, or sweet relish. They also offer a  "Beyond Burger" and "Beyond Brat" as a vegetarian option.  I go back and forth on their cajun tots and hand cut fries. Both are very good.  They have a variety of beer, cider, and wine options.  They have a fair amount of tables to dine in.  There is a skee ball machine and lottery machines in the front entry way.  Happy with every meal at Brady's and glad you can order online.   The parking lot is not very big but street parking is always an option. read more
