The community is kept impeccably with a management company that is on top of everything. As an owner for many years, I have witnessed and been part of not only a community, but a family. Our social director has our calendar booked with events including, live music, social events, lots of parties around the pool and much more. Are you interested in boating? We have our own marina. I challenge you to find a community that is cheaper to dock your "vessel". Do you love the beach? We are just a mile away. A short drive (or UBER) to Delray Beach's Atlantic Avenue. This vibrant and dynamic hub that perfectly encapsulates the charm of this coastal city in Florida. Known for its lively atmosphere, lined with a diverse array of shops, restaurants, art galleries and entertainment. Enjoy a mix of upscale boutiques and local shops. The avenue also hosts a variety of cultural events and festivals throughout the year. The dining scene is impressive as well, with casual cafes to fine dining and many with outdoor seating. I cannot say enough about my modest slice of heaven on earth. If you get the chance to visit Delray Beach, you will not be disappointed.

During all other hours if you must be charging your vehicle, or move it out of the charging station spot. If you do not you will receive a 100 dollar fine. Each of the four buildings at Sea Ranch, buildings A, B, C & D, have their own 3 member, board of directors who are responsible for each of the buildings' matters. Additionally, each building has a property manager and assistant plus there is a management office that oversees other matters relating to all four buildings. The townhomes are under the direction of the C Building Board. The buildings are undergoing huge renovations to repair expansion joints and concrete. Each building is handling these matters separately and are not prone to involve Owners in design matters. This is disappointing as there is little dialog.

The board fired the professional property management company and replaced them with office staff. This staff is now beholden to the board members for their jobs. This created an environment with no oversight of board members and limited feedback on board projects. Each of the four buildings hired their own building manager and they operate in most ways independently by pursuing their own self interests. When new board members are elected they often disregard projects or preferences of the retiring members thus proceeding with their own agendas. Technologically, the buildings do not keep computerized records but rather rely on the memories of past Board. Money is wasted, for example speed bumps were put in the community by one board, the next year these were removed and currently they have been reinstalled. The board is now fining residents $100 and the guests of residents for not making a full stop at stop signs within the community. The board members make disparaging remarks about former board members during meetings. They are not acting like ambassadors for the community and generally are disinterested in hearing feedback from others. They don't represent everyone, only their circle of friends.
