They got me the place I wanted despite dealing with a real pain in the butt listings agent for the unit I wanted. Roberta worked tirelessly to get me what I wanted and the terms I wanted. If you're looking for a place in Boynton I highly recommend Roberta, Tom, Vicki and the whole crew. Thank you!

I truly loved living at Casa Costa, but once I purchased a home and started the move out process,…read morethe nightmare began. Caution-reserving the elevator means you are no longer a resident, and your access will be cut off. I suggested a simple phone call or email be sent asking if it was a complete or partial moveout. No one asked they only assumed. That is only the beginning. They have new moveout rules and require an official check or money order made out to Casa Costa Condo Association. Most people know that once you have a money order made out to someone you, yourself cannot cash it. After my "partial" move out, I was given my money order back. I said I couldn't do anything with this. They suggested I go to the bank and Publix and try to cash it. I'm speechless at this point. Off to the bank I go and then to Publix to receive the same info I already knew-ONLY the recipient can cash the check. So after contacting Castle Management Group, I was told to send an email with my forwarding address and drop off the money order. They would then mail me the elevator reservation check. I did. About a month later I receive a check for the association deposit refund for 1K, not the 500 moveout check. Here's where it gets awful- Cause they ASSUMED my elevator reservation was a "complete" moveout they sent the 1k check and turned off all access to the building. I was locked out of the garage and building for 7 CALENDAR DAYS!!!! I called and emailed, and it got nasty. They then sent an email saying they were NOT going to deal with me cause I was no longer a resident. Which I was for another three weeks!!!! At this point, my hands are tied cause they owe me money. I then contacted the better business bureau and Castle Mgmt Group in Plantation and spoke to Hope. She was delightful and asked me why no one called me and asked if I was totally out or not. I said good question-you tell me?? She had my 500 moveout check overnighted to me. I received it five weeks after I moved out. In all, I wish this pain and stress on no one, not even someone I dislike. It was a living hell. I caution you- the move out procedure is the worst I have ever experienced. One simple phone call, asking me if I was entirely out or not would have saved everyone this awful experience.

When we walked into this place, we were immediately impressed. It was absolutely beautiful,…read moreextremely clean, and there were people everywhere ready to help. Honestly, it looked like it came straight out of a magazine. We were there for an event at the hotel, which was held at one of the steak houses. The whole atmosphere was amazing. It felt like you were walking straight off the beach and into this beautiful, upscale hotel. Everything was so well done, from the decor to the overall ambiance. It was definitely a place that made an impression!

We stay at luxury properties around the world and this is NOT one of them. For $1000+ a night out…read moreof season....we expected quite a bit more. We were so disappointed by the condition of this hotel and the apparent attempt at repeatedly padding the room service and bar bills. We stayed for two weeks due to an insurance claim that left us without a livable home. We booked the suite because we both had to work from the room instead of out of our two home office. I must say that the valet, bellman and room service staff were exceptional, but I had to repeatedly ask for reverses on bills, rooms to be cleaned and more. Each time we ordered room service for breakfast we got more than we ordered or items were missing and were charged for it. I had to show management photos of issues for them to address it and though they put an english speaking person answering the phones, the double food and charging still continued. Austin, the server, had to repeatedly remove extra food, adjust bills, etc. The task of getting receipts was daunting and I had to ask management repeatedly to secure the room service bills to ensure that the credits were accurately billed. The bar needs to be watched as well. We are there twice for dinner and I order a glass of Pablo Rojas. When I checked the bill I was charge $24 instead of $18. When asked, the bartender stated that there were two on the menu. He never asked me which one wanted. This seems to be a common practice. The housekeeping was lacking. The room was infested with sugar ants and when I complained, I was told that they are difficult to manage because of the sugar on the coffee bar but did not rectify the issue. When we checked in I was walking the room with white socks and they ended up filthy.. I had to request that the floors be cleaned. There was also hair in the shower upon check in. We repeatedly had to request that our room be cleaned even though the assistant manager checked with me at check-in and we agreed that it would be cleaned every day at 10:15am. I never heard from him again. The coup-de-gras was our floor leaked and was getting the carpet wet. The first time I complained I was told that engineering has checked it out and that there were no pipes under the floor to create a problem. The carpet was left wet. I complained again and engineering came to our room twice again that evening and agreed that the floor was leaking, but they did not know from where. We lived with a wet carpet the entire time ( no shop-vac, carpet cleaning,). I had to ask management to replace our coffee cups with clean mugs instead of rinsing out and replacing. Housekeeping does not keep any clean glassware of mugs. They just rinse and return. I finally kept disposable cups and styrofoam coffee cups in the room....the sanitation is disgusting.

First and foremost, I had a friend who happened to work in their office temporarily tell me the shit the office staff talk regarding their residents i.e. ME. Apparently, I was being called a "karen" for complaining about my neighbors trash being left outside for DAYS, feeding their mutt in the hallway, almost being attacked by their mutt, and attracting raccoons to the third floor. Not to mention I gifted the office staff Christmas 2022. Besides my shitty neighbor, the real problem with the staff came about once I decided to terminate my lease. Taya, the assistant property manager knows absolutely nothing in regards to termination of a lease and when fees are due. She sat in my face to tell me I must pay the two month termination fee at the time I turn in keys. Which is NOT true! Typically, its 30 days from your move out date but every property is different therefore, its best to wait until you receive your statement aka your final bill. I ended up having to email Jasmin the property manager to confirm I wasn't tripping. To make matters worse, after receiving my statement I noticed I was being charged $205 for "Extra Cleaning" and $177 for "Painting" .. I attached photos in this review of the condition my apartment was left in after my final departure. I ended up having to email Jasmin regarding the unjustifiable bullshit fees. She goes to tell me the microwave, two cabinets in the kitchen, the DRYER LINT TRAP, and the outside of my door were not throughly cleaned. Girl, the outside of the front door is considered a common area and that space is shared with the shitty neighbor I had who left trash out CONSISTENTLY. I was moving from one place to another yes, some places may have been overlooked or forgotten but $205 for "Extra Cleaning"? Also, I was charged for seven metal bifold doors that apparently "needed" to be repainted. I'm not going to speak on that when the pictures tell it all. As for the walls in my unit, that classifies as wear and tear. They weren't filthy but there were a few scuffs here and there again, as shown in the pictures. Regardless, the unit is supposed to be painted and professionally cleaned paid by the company prior to another move in. Overall, my experience with the maintenance supervisor John and his crew were great, quick, and efficient. Those guys really were always nice and got stuff done. I haven't had an issue with Jasmin during my stay she was always cordial however, this shit the office pulled? L-o-fucking-l ! I tried reaching out to her supervisor Kallie before posting this review to help resolve the issue but of course she doesn't respond. I won't be renting here ever again and would never recommend to anyone. Read the reviews and believe them.
