Roberta Mann and the team at Waterfront Properties is amongst the nicest and hard working group of…read morerealtors ever. They got me the place I wanted despite dealing with a real pain in the butt listings agent for the unit I wanted. Roberta worked tirelessly to get me what I wanted and the terms I wanted. If you're looking for a place in Boynton I highly recommend Roberta, Tom, Vicki and the whole crew. Thank you!

I truly loved living at Casa Costa, but once I purchased a home and started the move out process,…read morethe nightmare began. Caution-reserving the elevator means you are no longer a resident, and your access will be cut off. I suggested a simple phone call or email be sent asking if it was a complete or partial moveout. No one asked they only assumed. That is only the beginning. They have new moveout rules and require an official check or money order made out to Casa Costa Condo Association. Most people know that once you have a money order made out to someone you, yourself cannot cash it. After my "partial" move out, I was given my money order back. I said I couldn't do anything with this. They suggested I go to the bank and Publix and try to cash it. I'm speechless at this point. Off to the bank I go and then to Publix to receive the same info I already knew-ONLY the recipient can cash the check. So after contacting Castle Management Group, I was told to send an email with my forwarding address and drop off the money order. They would then mail me the elevator reservation check. I did. About a month later I receive a check for the association deposit refund for 1K, not the 500 moveout check. Here's where it gets awful- Cause they ASSUMED my elevator reservation was a "complete" moveout they sent the 1k check and turned off all access to the building. I was locked out of the garage and building for 7 CALENDAR DAYS!!!! I called and emailed, and it got nasty. They then sent an email saying they were NOT going to deal with me cause I was no longer a resident. Which I was for another three weeks!!!! At this point, my hands are tied cause they owe me money. I then contacted the better business bureau and Castle Mgmt Group in Plantation and spoke to Hope. She was delightful and asked me why no one called me and asked if I was totally out or not. I said good question-you tell me?? She had my 500 moveout check overnighted to me. I received it five weeks after I moved out. In all, I wish this pain and stress on no one, not even someone I dislike. It was a living hell. I caution you- the move out procedure is the worst I have ever experienced. One simple phone call, asking me if I was entirely out or not would have saved everyone this awful experience.

Don't be fooled by listings, the pool and gym have been closed for 3 years and are not set to open any time soon. Security gates, (if they even qualify), constantly broken. The mailboxes are a hazard. The grounds are littered with trash, dog poop and poision ivy. There is one maintainer on staff and he does absolutely nothing all day but drive back and forth playing with his phone. The one time a month landscapers do work, they blow all of the dirt into the hallways and into the units. I have yet to see a single building be cleaned in two years of regret while living here. Nothing gets fixed, management is unprofessional and is not all concerned with residents' safety or well being. Oh, and all of the water from the pipes in all of the units smell like fart. You'll literally have to shower after a shower. This place is unsafe for you and your family. Seek life elsewhere. Literally any other community in the area but this.

I have been a tenant here for the past two years, I must be living in a different community than…read morethe previous person, that left a 1 star review. This is Condominium and each unit is individually owned, an all age community that is extremely quiet and very pleasant. In Oct of 2023 they did a tenting for termites, so if there was any kind of living creature, bug or otherwise they are long gone !!! I personally have never had any kind of bug other than an occasional mosquito. The entire community backs a Lush Tropical lake with winding trails. My only complaint is dog owners do not always pick up their dogs poop, despite there are many stations throughout the neighborhood with bags and cans to make deposits. There is a community pool, tennis/pickleball court and indoor gym and BB court. It is very conveniently located 5 mins to 95 and tons of shopping and restaurants
