Referred here from my ENT for headaches after sinus procedure. Dr. K and the front office staff are wonderful and highly professional. Dr. K is amazing and provides genuine high quality, compassionate care! Within the first few minutes of meeting her, I felt like she was extremely attentive to what I had to say and she did a thorough exam. She even educated me on long covid which was more involved and helpful than another LC clinic in the bay. Stay away! I have a severe head injury and was made fun of repeatedly by Dr. Ngo. First, I was never told that the office had changed location, so I had to take another uber to the new location. Once I finally saw Dr. Ngo, he was extremely rude, joked about me being dumb enough to go to the wrong address, made fun of my weight gain (from injury and meds), tried to make me to his job of finding my MRI scans, and was overall uncaring and completely devoid of empathy for my suffering. I was made to feel foolish, dumb, and that my symptoms were not that bad. I will say he did attempt a half-hearted "I'm sorry for your situation" at the end. While it might just be how he is, to act like that towards someone suffering with a severe head injury that's clearly in pain and confused is completely unprofessional. I left feeling dejected and terrible. The one good thing I can say about Dr. Ngo is that I will never let another doctor humiliate me like he did again. I really don't understand how he had good reviews, my experience was by far the worst I've had as a patient. read more

South Bay Neurology with Dr Kay has been a life changer. Dr Kay is knowledgeable and has given me my freedom back from a lifelong battle with migraines. Her treatment has worked wonders and I will not miss any appointments with her. She is compassionate, personable and takes her time at each appointment and at times I'm having some anxiety but she will have Candy, the office service dog come and lay by my feet and anxiety is gone! Overall the entire office is efficient, there work flow is great as I have my authorizations approved beforehand and that's a plus plus! All staff are super friendly and take their time at every station, from checking in to checking out, swift and friendly. Big Kudos to you all. read more

Overall great facility. Front staff is friendly, kind and efficient. Dr K is amazing! She was the only Dr that understood what my needs were. Office Staff was super helpful and kind when scheduling an urgent appointment for my 91 year old mother. Upon arrival, we were treated respectfully and the check in and check out process was efficient. The facility is clean and well organized. I had heard wonderful feedback on Dr. K. Unfortunately I was unable to get an appointment with her and ended up with Dr. Ngo. We waited 50 minutes for him to appear and when he did, he made us feel like we were wasting his time. I would not recommend him. He was rude and arrogant. If I come back, I will be requesting a different doctor. read more

After having moved house to Morgan Hill, and doing a lot of heavy lifting in the process, I started feeling pins and needles in my fingertips and increasing pain in my elbow. This was a recurrence of something that happened a couple of years before after I'd been digging a hole manually. I made an appointment with Dr Hovsepian to find out if this was nerve-related. He was very friendly, explained things well, and had me booked in for some tests. Those revealed bone spurs in my neck were trapping a nerve, and also that I had quite severe carpal tunnel syndrome. He prescribed suitable treatment (medication and physical therapy) . Thanks to the diagnosis and treatment I am able to manage the condition myself through stretches suggested by my PT, and taking care not to overuse the affected arm, and am no longer on meds or attending PT. My husband was referred to Dr. Ngo by our primary physician for memory issues that may or may not be related to an accident in 2020. Let me try to sum this up... Dr. Ngo had us repeat things several times. He gave us what felt like the third degree several times in several different forms. He had the audacity and a half-baked apology to say my husband was lucky he wasn't overlooked because it was during COVID. What the heck? The accident was in 2020 and this discussion with Dr. Ngo is occurring in December 2024. The comment was unnecessary. Dr. Ngo may know his area of expertise but he clearly has no bed side or office manner. He was/is extremely judgmental in that while my husband had abused alcohol prior to his accident, and admitted to it, Dr. Ngo had a demeaning manner of my husband as if the memory issues were/are entirely his own doing. He also was rude and exceptionally judgmental of my husband's education or lack thereof. I'm fairly certain that Dr. Ngo believes he is superior. Dr. Ngo believes he knows better than us, or more me as the spouse, on the circumstances of the accident and the subsequent care during COVID. Unfortunately, my husband's accident was at the height of COVID. Therefore, as the spouse I wasn't able to see my husband and I wasn't receiving calls or information on my husband from the hospitals/doctors/nurses because they were overwhelmed. As a result, I was at a disadvantage to answer Dr. Ngo on some of the questions he continually repeated in different forms. He reacted as if I should have information about a test in June 2020 - he was beyond rude on this particular point! My husband was in the hospital and I had no knowledge of nearly all of the tests my husband underwent! Again, it was COVD and the hospital and their staffs were beyond busy. There were at least 3 occasions in our hour + meeting with Dr. Ngo that as the wife of the patient with memory issues he treated me as if I was of no consequence. I had the facts and information as I knew them regarding my husband's accident, his hospital stays, his related physical, speech and occupational therapies and his current memory issues. My husband has no recollection of the accident or his numerous hospitals stays. After seeing Dr. Ngo, I was emotionally beat and in tears. I felt he was accusatory of both of us in one form or another during the appointment. In several instances I was made to relive my husband's accident, the subsequent weeks of hospital stays, the outpatient care and the brain surgery with little or no acknowledgment or understanding from Dr. Ngo. It is unfortunate. On the plus side Dr. Ngo has arranged for my husband to have other tests with other doctors. We will go from there but Dr. Ngo should rethink working directly face-to-face with patients or possibly rethink his attitude. read more

I will never recommend Dr. Kouyoumdjian to anyone. Ever, in my life. I suffered from headaches for many years. Every doctor I ever went to said that I suffered from migraines & that I just needed physical therapy & every thing would be fine. Dr. K was NO DIFFERENT! She sent me to a pain management specialist for she would not prescribe pain meds herself. Gee... I wonder why? Oh, yeah... that's right... SHE DOESN'T Care about YOUR PAIN! After my PCP prescribed a muscle relaxer, I felt loads better. But after years of suffering w/headaches she finally prescribed me getting an MRI of my neck. My neck showed my C5-C6 was completely herniated & pressing into my spinal cord. She accused me of drug seeking & called my PCP accusing me of being a drug seeker. I'n sorry but... doesn't a herniated disk pressing into your spinal cord cause major PAIN?!? I'm sick of people praising a doctor who will answer emails while seeing other patients. She will be typing on her laptop while speaking w/you in a patient room. She's not taking notes. She's answering other patients questions. She's a crappy doctor who will not give you her full attention. Period! After finding out my C5-C6 was completely herniated & I needed surgery, I never heard from her again. Why? Cause she screwed up & accused someone of "faking" when in fact, they weren't. After having neck surgery, my headaches went away & the only time I ever heard from her office is when my husband's insurance didn't pay the bill & I was threatened w/being sent to collections. The insurance finally paid everything but, she's more concerned w/being paid than helping her patients. She's a horrible doctor! Don't believe the hype. Don't see Dr.K if you're suffering from headaches. She'll accuse you of drug seeking when you really need help. She's a really bad doctor with a God complex. I wonder how many reviews she's bought. I can't imagine that I'm the only patient she's screwed over. read more

I went to get answers about a health issue. I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. The staff was friendly and caring. Everyone wore masks even when restrictions were lifted which was comforting to me. The doctor was wonderful. He spent a lot of time with me at both visits. He did not make me feel like I was imagining things even when my results all came back negative. It's a nice facility with plenty of parking and right off of the highway which makes it easy to get to. read more

I have been going to Dr K. since 2012! I have been on trips across a number of times and have flown back just to keep my appt with Dr K. That is how much I value her expertise with my migraine problem. The staff is always so very friendly and helpful. There are times I have called in extreme distress and Letty or Leticia have been so helpful. Dr K. has always responded so quickly and even if I have gone to an emergency room where they thought I was seeking drugs when I told them no jUst call my Neurologist, she has always set them at ease and then told them what to do. This review is for Dr. Dominic H. My father-in-law is visiting from India and had a seizure recently. We got an appointment in a very short time frame. Dr. H was very thorough in the tests that he suggested and his diagnosis , and put our mind at ease that there is no significant neurological issue that we have to worry about. My father-in-law is now on anti-seizure medication and is very peaceful that he is in good hands. The other thing he loves about Dr. H. is that he is extremely approachable and patiently answers all his questions. He is also very fast in responding to emails. read more

My first visit consistent of a two hour wait. I finally complained got a room waited another 20 minutes in there and no one ever came in so I walked out and told the receptionist I'm sorry I'm allergic to animals yes they do allow dogs they have dogs from the employees there and I'm highly allergic.
