Order your parts online..... if you go there and order it cost me an additional 25%. When I asked why they stated it's cheaper online. I then asked how long it takes to process an order and was told 20 minutes because they basically have to just go pull the part. This is a poor example of a business model. In retrospect I should have went to the parking lot and ordered them from my car. read more

The people that work here are really intelligent, kind and courteous. The place is not too easy to find since the outside of the place consists of a small sign saying "Brake and Equipment Warehouse" with an unmarked door that leads into the store. I was able to get new front axles for a reasonable price. I damaged one of the axle nuts during installation and returned the next day. The guy working at the desk went out of his way to find another axle nut that fit my car perfectly and did not charge me for it! This is the best auto parts store that I have done business with and I will definitely return when I need to do anymore automotive work. read more
