He said they did but I needed to go around. Which was turn back out on to 53rd, then right on to Central and turn in just after the building. I waited nearly 10 minutes for service but in fairness it was pretty much 8:00 so they were getting a truck set up in a bay for real work. Just as I was backing up to leave a fella came over to assist, so I got back in behind the cones. After it was all done he kindly moved the cones so I could pull out on to the street instead of attempting to back up around the building. Thanks for the PSI top off!

James (I am 90% sure I am remembering his name right) was super friendly and fast! He noticed that the tires I had selected and paid for online (using what was suggested by the discount tires website when I entered my license plate) were not the right size and found that the higher quality tires that did fit were $70 less per tire! I often feel reluctant about car related purchases because I know they will be expensive and I feel like people will often try to sales pitch you into buying something even more expensive, but that was not the case here which I really appreciated. He did present me with a few extra add ons like new windshield wipers (which I did get, $21/wiper for a VW) and a new spare tire because mine is probably 10+ years old (which I did not get). I was refunded the difference between the cheaper tires + the wipers and the original price I paid and my car was ready in 45 minutes! This location is across the street from a Wing Stop, Noodles, & a Jersey Mike's. There were plenty of seats to wait in but it was also convenient to run across the street and grab lunch while my tires were being changed. Sounded like appointments were the way to go, walk ins on a busy day could have to wait up to 90 min. Highly recommend this place!

I was greeted and after getting the work order prepared I was told it should take no more than an hour. After 45 minutes my car was ready. The tire was installed on the new wheel and balanced and TPMS connected. The old wheel was placed in the trunk as requested. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. Very reasonable.

"Even if I can get there in 2 minutes?" I asked, as I work right down the street. And they said it was not a problem. This morning was colder than most and driving up to the door was a little confusing but it all worked out. I walked into their office and the man I had spoke with came right out and checked the tire pressure. He told me this was common in the winter, which it is but doesn't hurt to get them checked! Everything checked out okay and he sent me on my way. He said not to worry about any payment and I returned back to work. I was only clocked out for 7 minutes, so it was a fast check. My boss gets her oil changed here every time and loves them. They will take some competitor coupons and will call you when your car is ready.

Told him I called and the person I spoke with took my last name and said drop off your car around 8: should be done by 2pm. The guy asked me again if I had an appointment. Which I said "I thought I did. That's what the guy told me" he takes my info. Asked for my car key. Does tell me when I should e expect a call. I had mentioned I had an air filter that I forgot to bring which he immediately says " we don't do anything that's not manufactured" how would he know if the part I have was manufactured or not? Pick up my car... gives me zero information on what was done. If there was recommendations on anything. Get in my car no sticker reminder for the next oil change. I guess they don't need new customers!?
